USLast year we arrived to no clean linen Last year we arrived to no clean linen. The truck had broken down that delivers clean linen, The housekeepers were washing the bed linens in the house washer, the dryer did not work well. The sheets were not drying. I finally sent them home after 7 PM because they were waiting for the sheets to dry, in order to make the beds for us. I made the beds myself. The next day, when I went to the office to inquire, about the situation, I was told very curtly " i wasn't here yesterday" This response is pathetic. Why didn't a management staff on Saturday take a vehicle and go get clean linens. Bad Judgement, Bad management. The only reason that I am coming back is that I like the location of the house.

USSummer of 2017 We have had good and bad experiences with Corolla Classic Vacations. Our experiences have not been consistently good experiences, to say the least. Last year, Summer of 2017, our rental's air conditioning wasn't working. Two days later they finally got it fixed......sorry, but this is not how we expect to spend our hard earned money. On top of that, we had no volume on he TV in the living room.....it was not a good experience. There have been other Summers where our experience was a more positive one, but last Summer stands out.

USThree years stay in a row House needed some upgrades. Left messages the past two years to that affect and nothing done about it. Understand they are just the agent but still they are the face of the property and should have received a response at the least. Renewal process is ridiculous and should not cost ANYTHING to do so. Finally the house was being torn down this year and so no alternative was given of where to stay this coming summer. Disappointing to say the least.

USPoor customer service We watched cleaning people go in an out all day until 4pm and when we were aloud in the house it was filthy. Floors were not swept, carpets were not vacuumed. Food crumbs everywhere. Dust everywhere. Cleaning lady was very rude. After numerous phone calls while we were there and even several months after we got home we were offered a whopping $100 off our next stay. We rent $9,000.00 homes. Thanks but no thanks. We will rent from Twiddy!

USWe did a survey and sent e mails after… We did a survey and sent e mails after our trip last summer. The pool deck was rotting, water was dripping through the ceiling from an air condotioner, the refrigerator door was rusting, the wood floors were sticky, the kitchen counter top was deteriorating, etc. Additionally, the homeowner had contractors in the house while we were out without our approval. All of this was brought to the attention of the local office. Seemed the only think they cared about was when we were leaving....
