GBSummer of 2017 We have had good and bad experiences with Corolla Classic Vacations. Our experiences have not been consistently good experiences, to say the least. Last year, Summer of 2017, our rental's air conditioning wasn't working. Two days later they finally got it fixed......sorry, but this is not how we expect to spend our hard earned money. On top of that, we had no volume on he TV in the living room.....it was not a good experience. There have been other Summers where our experience was a more positive one, but last Summer stands out.

GBLast year we arrived to no clean linen Last year we arrived to no clean linen. The truck had broken down that delivers clean linen, The housekeepers were washing the bed linens in the house washer, the dryer did not work well. The sheets were not drying. I finally sent them home after 7 PM because they were waiting for the sheets to dry, in order to make the beds for us. I made the beds myself. The next day, when I went to the office to inquire, about the situation, I was told very curtly " i wasn't here yesterday" This response is pathetic. Why didn't a management staff on Saturday take a vehicle and go get clean linens. Bad Judgement, Bad management. The only reason that I am coming back is that I like the location of the house.

GBWe rented Grapefruit Moon in July of… We rented Grapefruit Moon in July of 2017 the house was unkept it was filthy upon arrival there are multiple issues and we did file our complaints very unsatisfied. Not only was the interior dirty but the furniture itself was dirty the freezer in the refrigerator didn't work properly many issues.

GBA Failure of the Rental Company! Our Thanksgiving Week rental was as though we were left to fen for ourselves as NO ONE at the agency answered the phone or returned our recorded messages. A plugged drain in the master bedroom shower made its use impossible, added to several light fixtures requiring bulbs, and more! I will not recommend your agency as it is now March and this is the first time you requested feedback!!!

GBCOVID Cancel We booked a house in January 2020 for a wedding which was to take place in May, 2020. This of course was before the outbreak of COVID 19. We placed the customary deposit on the rental and did not purchase the insurance. Access to the area where the house was located was reopened the same week we had booked. We requested a refund due to the circumstances - COVID, seniors, quarantine requirements, etc. Not to mention the short notice of the availabilty. I think due to the unusual circumstances, a refund of our deposit would have been reasonable.
