GBA Failure of the Rental Company! Our Thanksgiving Week rental was as though we were left to fen for ourselves as NO ONE at the agency answered the phone or returned our recorded messages. A plugged drain in the master bedroom shower made its use impossible, added to several light fixtures requiring bulbs, and more! I will not recommend your agency as it is now March and this is the first time you requested feedback!!!

GBThey Have the House We Like We rent a beach house each year. For the last several years we have used Corolla Classic Vacations to rent the same house. The first time we used Corolla Classic Vacations things were great. Then Wyndham took over and we've had struggles with payment processing and timeliness of communications. We like the house, so we're going to stay with Corolla Classics as long as the house does, but once the house is gone we will find a new rental agency.

GBPoor customer service and follow-up We rented a house this past weekend and it was not very clean. Also, the heat stopped working in part of the house. We reported the heat immediately because it was a priority. Carolla Classic Vacations said an HVAC vendor would be out that day, but no one ever came. We called and the Service Manager stated the work order was submitted to HVAC vendor electronically but admitted they do not follow up to see if vendor received work order or addressed the issue. We spent two out of three nights with no heat in part of the house. We also informed the Service Manager of the uncleanliness. She asked me to text her photos. I sent her many and she said she would get back to us on the issue. It's been two days and haven't heard from anyone. I spent many years in real estate management and, in my opinion, this would not be a company that I'd allow to manage my home/investment. From a customer service standpoint, they would likely avoid negative reviews by being responsive to customers and following up when they say they will. Also, the roof looks like it had been recently re-shingled and we found more than 20 nails on and around the driveway. There were also shingles with nails laying around the property. We shouldn't spend part of a long weekend cleaning up so the premises are safe and santitized.

GBBEWARE before you rent from Corolla… BEWARE before you rent from Corolla Classic Vacations by Vacasa!!!! “Cancellation Policy: If you cancel within 24 hours of booking, you'll receive a full refund. After that (unless stated otherwise in the home description and unit-specific terms), if you cancel 30 or more days before the first night of your reservation, you'll receive a refund of any rental payments you've made, minus the booking fee.” We reserved a beach house in June 2022 for the next year June 2023. My first payment was $4226 and another payment due in 2023. I cancelled that reservation 6 weeks later. They charged me 10% of my total bill $803. That’s some “booking fee” for them considering the house was only off the market 6 weeks one year in advance.

GBWas better in the past I was better in the past. No more welcome packages of significance received. There is a fee to utilize credit card payment option. It has lost the customer service high standard that Eddie and Denise established at its beginning.
