NORobbed in day light Robbing you in day light. Already paid for everything, then once again when doing the check in you have to order seats. Total of 1500 NOK for both ways aditionally besides the ticket fees are robbed like nothing! The planes are old and the seats are bad too. When I logged in they logged me in as my deceased father that died in 2016 because we share the same surname. So watch out for personal information. I will check this with a lawyer and sue them for being reckless with the "privacy law" personvern-loven.

GBUrgent Revision of seat allocation I am always wondering how the seats are allocated if the passengers with special assistance are sitting with 2 people in their row. At the same time, some rows are completely empty or with one passenger only. It is so insensitive. In my opinion, the staff needs further training in establishing the needs and accommodating their passengers. That goes under an umbrella a good customer service.

GBThe worst airlines in the world Usually never fly with them, but decided to give it a go as I will be catching connecting flights too and the times with wizzair seemed to be more convenient. Booked my flights in February for the middle of May. Two days ago I got an email that my first flight is totally cancelled which means I am missing my connecting flight. Airbnb is booked, friend should be joining on the connecting flight, absolute mess. Had to book a new ticket with different airlines in order to make it to my final destination. Today another email that the time of my return flight has been changed, postponed for 9 more hours. I have no words! Had to request a refund and book a flight with different airlines again. Such a waste of money and additional stress. Also you get a refund in the form of WIZZ credits.. God I hope I will never have to use them again.

GBWORLDS WORST AIRLINE AWARD GOES TO WIZZAIR Worst airport staff in the world. I fly non stop for work and leisure , but unfortunately this time I had to fly wizzair due to no other airlines available. Never ever again!!! STAFF KEEP LOOKING FOR PROBLEMS AND WANT TO CHARGE YOU FOR EVERYTHING AND ARGUE WITH YOU. THEY ARE VERY ANGRY INDIVIDUALS THAT DIDNT MAKE IT IN LIFE so they now take it out on customers. they treat people like scum bags !!! they didn’t even have any drinks and food left on our flight !!! They have no respect towards customers at all. Wizzair staff are 20 years behind our civilisation, their behaviour is old minded and they are very uneducated people. Awful awful awful awful disgusting!!

AUTERRIBLE COMPANY TERRIBLE COMPANY, HORRENDOUS MORALS, MONEY HUNGRY CHEATS! I am disgusted by your businesses lack of customer service and the false advertising and details regarding HAND LUGGAGE as carry on. Your rules are not clear enough and it is clear you deliberately confuse your customers to them obtain a fee for a normal roller carry on. On top of this happening to us, we had to witness the company hold 2 passengers ransom saying they need a visa to stop in transit at gatwick airport before another connecting flight. These people were Canadian citizens and the UK do not ask for visas (due to transit at their airport). The couple had to pay for another flight and your company would not allow them to pay for the visa at the airport. Only wizz air charged this "Visa Fee". We will never ever fly with your company again and I will be telling everyone I know to never fly with you. Oh and your staff on the flight looked depressed and did not want to do their job. The customer service was horrible!
