Fast but a rip-off Your website is misleading; it says that applying direct via the Australian government website attracts no service fee but it does not say that the visa itself is free to British nationals.(My son got his for nothing) You say you charge no service fee either, so how come my visa cost £9.45??

The first site to let me know I'm using an incorrect passport number....leaving off a digit. Neither of the cruise lines caught that on my online check in. Scammers!!! Scammers!!!! They charged my credit card before specifying the cost (charging me 4 times more!!!) which I expected to be disclosed on the next page. I tried ti cancel but it wasn’t possible. These people are illegal, unethical & thieves!!!!!
