Scammers!!! Scammers!!!! They charged my credit card before specifying the cost (charging me 4 times more!!!) which I expected to be disclosed on the next page. I tried ti cancel but it wasn’t possible. These people are illegal, unethical & thieves!!!!!

late visa!!!! applied for a 15 minute visa , did not receive it after 25mins got in touch and they claimed it had been sent however once i spoke to them 32mins later they sent it "again". they did refund the rush fee however you can just apply on the immi website for free

Great service from Australian Visa Services Quick and easy, inexpensive process to obtain an Australian tourist visa. The first site to let me know I'm using an incorrect passport number....leaving off a digit. Neither of the cruise lines caught that on my online check in. I felt confused by the process and was not sure if i needed a physical copy and what is the duration of the visa. I was disappointed with the process and the experience. I expected a visa for say three to six months or more.
