CAThey couldn't find my passport no. I E.Mailed to say I wrote in the wrong date of arrival confusing because I leave on the 20 th and arrive I believe on the 21 St but I think it's the 22 nd in Aust. Still not sure, but I have put 22 no would of liked confirmation that it is correct.

GBlate visa!!!! applied for a 15 minute visa , did not receive it after 25mins got in touch and they claimed it had been sent however once i spoke to them 32mins later they sent it "again". they did refund the rush fee however you can just apply on the immi website for free

BUT NO DOCUMENTS SHOWING THE VISA APPROVED!!! AND WHY WE NEED TO REFER TO THE EMBASSY? FOR ALL MY PAST VISIT APPLICATIONS NOT SIMILAR, WHAT WE RECEIVED IS AN EMAIL WITH ATTACHMENT (APPROVAL LETTER) AND WE DIRECT TO BOARD BUT OUR APPLICATION WITH YOU IS NOT CLEAR???? MY ORDER NO : 4475

GBAustraliavisa.com is an unfortunate… Australiavisa.com is an unfortunate company that is deferring tourism for Americans We unfortunately paid the $130 service and realized it was a mistake, minutes later asked to cancel, and they only refunded us $30. They refuse to give us the rest of our money back. The emails they sent by them are extremely bad with writing and vocabulary skills, unprofessional, and rude. It is unfortunate Australia has this company. Given the opportunity do not use them. -Chad
