Visitor Visa Application dated 13 July 2015 I'm impressed with the speed my VISA application has been processed - within one working day, thank you! I only wished my permanent visa application dated 12 April 2012 would be handled that way, too. I was surprised, however, about the fee of 60 $. As far as I remember, the visitor visas 2012 for my spouse and myself were free of charge.

Scammers!!! Scammers!!!! They charged my credit card before specifying the cost (charging me 4 times more!!!) which I expected to be disclosed on the next page. I tried ti cancel but it wasn’t possible. These people are illegal, unethical & thieves!!!!!

UNSATISFACTORY / NOT CLEAR WE APPLIED FOR A THE AUSTRALIAN TOURIST VISA ON LINE WITH YOU. WE DID RECEIVED YOUR REPLY TODAY SAYING APPROVED AND REFER TO NEAREST EMBASSY. BUT NO DOCUMENTS SHOWING THE VISA APPROVED!!! AND WHY WE NEED TO REFER TO THE EMBASSY? FOR ALL MY PAST VISIT APPLICATIONS NOT SIMILAR, WHAT WE RECEIVED IS AN EMAIL WITH ATTACHMENT (APPROVAL LETTER) AND WE DIRECT TO BOARD BUT OUR APPLICATION WITH YOU IS NOT CLEAR???? MY ORDER NO : 4475

I felt confused by the process and was not sure if i needed a physical copy and what is the duration of the visa. I was disappointed with the process and the experience. I expected a visa for say three to six months or more.
