Australiavisa.com is an unfortunate… Australiavisa.com is an unfortunate company that is deferring tourism for Americans We unfortunately paid the $130 service and realized it was a mistake, minutes later asked to cancel, and they only refunded us $30. They refuse to give us the rest of our money back. The emails they sent by them are extremely bad with writing and vocabulary skills, unprofessional, and rude. It is unfortunate Australia has this company. Given the opportunity do not use them. -Chad

I felt confused by the process and was not sure if i needed a physical copy and what is the duration of the visa. I was disappointed with the process and the experience. I expected a visa for say three to six months or more.

Changes to duration of tourist visa. I was not made aware of the changes to duration of the ETA. Previously it was for a total of six months within a twelve month period. The process did not alert me to the new three month duration.

Great service from Australian Visa Services Quick and easy, inexpensive process to obtain an Australian tourist visa. The first site to let me know I'm using an incorrect passport number....leaving off a digit. Neither of the cruise lines caught that on my online check in.
