Great service from Australian Visa Services Quick and easy, inexpensive process to obtain an Australian tourist visa. The first site to let me know I'm using an incorrect passport number....leaving off a digit. Neither of the cruise lines caught that on my online check in. late visa!!!! applied for a 15 minute visa , did not receive it after 25mins got in touch and they claimed it had been sent however once i spoke to them 32mins later they sent it "again". they did refund the rush fee however you can just apply on the immi website for free

Changes to duration of tourist visa. I was not made aware of the changes to duration of the ETA. Previously it was for a total of six months within a twelve month period. The process did not alert me to the new three month duration.

Form ok but only asked for First name not all forenames As stated in title. Had to go back and have two of the 3 visas amended
