late visa!!!! applied for a 15 minute visa , did not receive it after 25mins got in touch and they claimed it had been sent however once i spoke to them 32mins later they sent it "again". they did refund the rush fee however you can just apply on the immi website for free

Great service from Australian Visa Services Quick and easy, inexpensive process to obtain an Australian tourist visa. The first site to let me know I'm using an incorrect passport number....leaving off a digit. Neither of the cruise lines caught that on my online check in. Changes to duration of tourist visa. I was not made aware of the changes to duration of the ETA. Previously it was for a total of six months within a twelve month period. The process did not alert me to the new three month duration.

BUT NO DOCUMENTS SHOWING THE VISA APPROVED!!! AND WHY WE NEED TO REFER TO THE EMBASSY? FOR ALL MY PAST VISIT APPLICATIONS NOT SIMILAR, WHAT WE RECEIVED IS AN EMAIL WITH ATTACHMENT (APPROVAL LETTER) AND WE DIRECT TO BOARD BUT OUR APPLICATION WITH YOU IS NOT CLEAR???? MY ORDER NO : 4475
