I only wished my permanent visa application dated 12 April 2012 would be handled that way, too. I was surprised, however, about the fee of 60 $. As far as I remember, the visitor visas 2012 for my spouse and myself were free of charge.

Changes to duration of tourist visa. I was not made aware of the changes to duration of the ETA. Previously it was for a total of six months within a twelve month period. The process did not alert me to the new three month duration.

When I complain they just said they offer extra services such as keeping a copy in case I lost it. If I lost it I would just open the attachment again from their email! Do not use them!
