The first site to let me know I'm using an incorrect passport number....leaving off a digit. Neither of the cruise lines caught that on my online check in. Scammers! Scammers! They did not show their charges until payment taken It should have been free with approx $20 admin fee but they charged £52 / $99 aud. When I complain they just said they offer extra services such as keeping a copy in case I lost it. If I lost it I would just open the attachment again from their email! Do not use them! They shouldn't be allowed to operate! I asked for a refund and they refused.

Website set up to look like the… Website set up to look like the official ETA Visa Site. Charged $100 each for two Australian Visas of February 1st. A month later no visas ....no responses. Applied on Official ETA site . Visas received in five minutes. Big SCAM

Form ok but only asked for First name not all forenames As stated in title. Had to go back and have two of the 3 visas amended
