Great service from Australian Visa Services Quick and easy, inexpensive process to obtain an Australian tourist visa. The first site to let me know I'm using an incorrect passport number....leaving off a digit. Neither of the cruise lines caught that on my online check in. Australiavisa.com is an unfortunate… Australiavisa.com is an unfortunate company that is deferring tourism for Americans We unfortunately paid the $130 service and realized it was a mistake, minutes later asked to cancel, and they only refunded us $30. They refuse to give us the rest of our money back. The emails they sent by them are extremely bad with writing and vocabulary skills, unprofessional, and rude. It is unfortunate Australia has this company. Given the opportunity do not use them. -Chad

late visa!!!! applied for a 15 minute visa , did not receive it after 25mins got in touch and they claimed it had been sent however once i spoke to them 32mins later they sent it "again". they did refund the rush fee however you can just apply on the immi website for free

Scammers! Scammers! They did not show their charges until payment taken It should have been free with approx $20 admin fee but they charged £52 / $99 aud. When I complain they just said they offer extra services such as keeping a copy in case I lost it. If I lost it I would just open the attachment again from their email! Do not use them! They shouldn't be allowed to operate! I asked for a refund and they refused.

Form ok but only asked for First name not all forenames As stated in title. Had to go back and have two of the 3 visas amended
