late visa!!!! applied for a 15 minute visa , did not receive it after 25mins got in touch and they claimed it had been sent however once i spoke to them 32mins later they sent it "again". they did refund the rush fee however you can just apply on the immi website for free

Scammers! Scammers! They did not show their charges until payment taken It should have been free with approx $20 admin fee but they charged £52 / $99 aud. When I complain they just said they offer extra services such as keeping a copy in case I lost it. If I lost it I would just open the attachment again from their email! Do not use them! They shouldn't be allowed to operate! I asked for a refund and they refused.

Great service from Australian Visa Services Quick and easy, inexpensive process to obtain an Australian tourist visa. The first site to let me know I'm using an incorrect passport number....leaving off a digit. Neither of the cruise lines caught that on my online check in. Do NOT do business with this company Do NOT do business with this company. I wanted to apply for an Australian Visa BEFORE spending substantial money on airfare. Due to the COVID I reached out to this company to see if they could help. This was their CUT PASTE response. "Yes, don't worry you can apply for your visa without any problem." Oh, okay, sounds like they can help right? Nope, after I pay, they said they cannot process the visa AND they cannot refund my payment due to (their words) the "chaos." When I asked what "chaos" they were referring to - no response. Total waste of time and these people are con artists. I had to dispute the charge with my credit card company as they won't refund my payment. What kind of company says they can help and I can apply with "no issue" and when they receive my payment send an email saying they cannot process it and cannot refund my money due to "chaos." A shady one. Don't do business with these thieves.

Fast but a rip-off Your website is misleading; it says that applying direct via the Australian government website attracts no service fee but it does not say that the visa itself is free to British nationals.(My son got his for nothing) You say you charge no service fee either, so how come my visa cost £9.45??
