Changes to duration of tourist visa. I was not made aware of the changes to duration of the ETA. Previously it was for a total of six months within a twelve month period. The process did not alert me to the new three month duration.

Fast but a rip-off Your website is misleading; it says that applying direct via the Australian government website attracts no service fee but it does not say that the visa itself is free to British nationals.(My son got his for nothing) You say you charge no service fee either, so how come my visa cost £9.45??

The first site to let me know I'm using an incorrect passport number....leaving off a digit. Neither of the cruise lines caught that on my online check in.
