Horrible Customer Service Horrible Customer Service. Never try to rebook a flight with them. Spent 3hrs+ & they couldn't easily change my flight itinerary or refund me. STAY AWAY IF YOU HAVE TO MAKE CHANGES TO YOUR TRAVEL PLAN.

Be very careful when booking with Expedia We searched for flights using cheapflights.co.uk (also a company to avoid), we specifically selected checked luggage in the search engine. We it was transferred to Expedia to make the booking, the checked luggage was left out and we did not notice. We made the booking and were sent confirmation from the airline of the booking where we noticed the missing checked baggage option. We contacted Expedia and they were not interested in rectifying the error and we are now expected to may nearly £600 to add checked baggage. Be careful when using Expedia.

RIP OFF OF THE CENTURY RIP OFF OF THE CENTURY I purchased hotel accommodation for 3 nights in NZ with NZ credit card and charged $147 of expedia fees for booking through them. It was showing as a NZ site with NZ dollars but they charge tax and fees on top of the advertised price that states includes taxes and fees. They were argumentative on the chat box, can't get an anwere out of anybody, it goes around in circles, and finally I found out that the tax he said I was being charged was just their fee. That was not mentioned anywhere prior. They don't have a phone number to call and the callers don't speak good English especially for a NZ site. DO NOT DEAL WITH THEM. GO TO THE HOTEL WEBSITE TO BOOK.

Paid for a transfer to and from the… Paid for a transfer to and from the airport. They never showed up to pick me up and Expedia wouldn’t refund me my money. Had to pay again for a taxi and almost missed my flight. Will. Ever use again and don’t recommend to anyone.

Expedia only booked one room for us and… Expedia only booked one room for us and we paid for 2. The couple traveling with us had to pay for their room. Expedia refuses to refund our $150, saying the other couple was a no show. The motel manager told us this is not unusual for Expedia. I believe this is an illegal scheme. I will be contacting that motel again and get lists of these incidents and will file appropriate action. DO NOT USE EXPEDIA OR EXPECT TO GET RIPPED OFF.
