If I could give 0 stars If I could give 0 stars, I would. It is a terrible airline; the only thing on their mind is how to charge you more before you fly. They charged us AUD150 for a light carryon pram without providing any invoice afterward and threatened us, saying they would unload all luggage if we complained further. While you can't expect 5-star customer service from a budget airline, this is way too much to endure. The ground staff are very rude at Adelaide Airport, giving you the worst experience before a holiday. Never ever again!!

Got a text saying we were boarding so… Got a text saying we were boarding so lined up at Cairns. Got told to go and weigh bag so did. Then got told to go back to the end of the line for a weight sticker. Watched someone else do same but didn't get sent to back of line. Got into queue to board with lots of other passengers then told only certain seats were boarding first. Stayed in line & stood aside with some other people. Nobody said okay the rest can board, we just found out by watching others in our seat area get let through! Very unorganised, unprofessional and felt a bit discriminatory!

Absolutely DISGUSTING service from… Absolutely DISGUSTING service from Jetstar! They Cancelled one of my flights last minute and then when I was waiting on the phone for this to be sorted out they hung up on me and didn’t bother to call me back, so I had to call them again and this time I got the rudest most arrogant person on the other end saying that they will only refund me the flight fee and not any booking fees or service fees due to booking through Webjet. They have caused my partner to lose a FULL DAYS worth of income as he took the day off to drop me to the airport! They refused to put me on another flight which is not good enough. WILL NEVER FLY WITH JETSTAR AGAIN SO ANGRY!!

Bunch of sharks Business trip to Wellington from Christchurch, flew AIR NZ up to wellington which was fantastic. Went to leave wellington and yes the bag limit is 7kgs but my bag was 9kg and got pinged with a $75 excess baggage fee. Bunh of sharks, do not fly Jetstar. Air NZ is not that much more and the experience is 100% better. They will be weighing the passengers next!! Never again jetstar
