Happy we didn't crash Our flight was more than 2:30 hours late, the gate changed twice (without any announcements in English, the staff was extremely rude with zero communication, I don't understand how flight attendants can be allowed to fly without being able to speak English when many travellers don't speak Japanese, it's dangerous). With all the delay and last minute chaotic boarding, the flight arrived at 23:50 at Osaka, of course there was no public transportation left so we had to take the taxi to reach our hotel, which is extremely expensive. And of course, the staff refused to give any passenger any compensation. How is this airline allowed to fly? I'm honestly wondering how the plane didn't crash.

To avoid at all costs as you will lose… To avoid at all costs as you will lose a lot flying with them. Those are just thieves. We first had a plane where they cancelled our boarding due to overbooking, thing they hid until the boarding, and then on the next day, the company refused to operate the flight, claiming that the crew was tired. Now they refuse to refund our plane tickets and the hotel room after having ruined our vacations! 2 hours delay - worst company More than 2 hours delay, we were obliged to pay a taxi because there was no public transportation that late. We asked for compensation but there was nothing to be done. The hostess anoncing the delay, the changing gates, etc only spoke japanese and didn't translate anything and was rude. Very very poor Japan service. Even in countries with bad service I have never seen that.

Cabin baggage failure I had the worst experience flying experience last year. I had paid for extra cabin baggage but was allowed to take just one bag. Ground staff were unhelpful. They almost made me miss my flight. Customer Service had no understanding of the issue when I logged an online complaint. They kept coming back to me with the same, irrelevant response.

Bunch of sharks Business trip to Wellington from Christchurch, flew AIR NZ up to wellington which was fantastic. Went to leave wellington and yes the bag limit is 7kgs but my bag was 9kg and got pinged with a $75 excess baggage fee. Bunh of sharks, do not fly Jetstar. Air NZ is not that much more and the experience is 100% better. They will be weighing the passengers next!! Never again jetstar
