Praise for Jetstar Once again i had the most amazing flight JQ117 departing 8.55am Denpasar to Perth on 22 April 2024.The captain and first officer introduced themselves and Mark and his cabin crew were all amazing Mark when speaking to any passenger addressed us by our christian name he had a wonderful memory and absolutely nothing was any trouble I travel with oxygen and need a wheelchair and the crew made sure i was ok and ensured a wheelchair was available Having always flown Garuda i was very hesitant about flying with Jetstar i had read so many bad reviews but the 5 times (plus return) trips i have now done with them i have nothing but the highest praise and even if Garuda started flying from Perth again i wouldnt use them Jetstar have won me over

To avoid at all costs as you will lose… To avoid at all costs as you will lose a lot flying with them. Those are just thieves. We first had a plane where they cancelled our boarding due to overbooking, thing they hid until the boarding, and then on the next day, the company refused to operate the flight, claiming that the crew was tired. Now they refuse to refund our plane tickets and the hotel room after having ruined our vacations! Absolutely DISGUSTING service from… Absolutely DISGUSTING service from Jetstar! They Cancelled one of my flights last minute and then when I was waiting on the phone for this to be sorted out they hung up on me and didn’t bother to call me back, so I had to call them again and this time I got the rudest most arrogant person on the other end saying that they will only refund me the flight fee and not any booking fees or service fees due to booking through Webjet. They have caused my partner to lose a FULL DAYS worth of income as he took the day off to drop me to the airport! They refused to put me on another flight which is not good enough. WILL NEVER FLY WITH JETSTAR AGAIN SO ANGRY!!

Delayed 3 times Delayed 3 times. Refreshment voucher offered $8 AUD. Will buy very little in an airport. To get the voucher you have to exit departures and go to check-in counters and then pass through security checks all over again. My advice, use this airline only if you have no affordable alternative.

Jestar...the joke is on you If you have any requirement to get to anywhere on time DO NOT book with jetstar. 12pl flight miraculously delayed for 3hrs & 15minutes, announced 30 minutes before boarding. They did not update the flight details so no one knew what was going on. Then they rush to board us at 1445 only to tell us we have to sit airside for another 2hrs! They lie, blame engineering issues & offer no compensation to travelers. Nothing but a bunch of thief mongering thugs. Sorrowful excuse of an airline. Go elsewhere if you can. Only flight delayed in all of Adelaide airport. Good one
