Booked tickets in February Booked tickets in February, they charged my credit card, I was never informed either by email or my telephone that flight was approved or disapproved, checked with them a weekbefore the flight in May looking for-my etickets, they said that price on tickets went up, they tried to contact me, but I never responded, which is not true verified by my call logs and email logs including spam. Bottom line I have no tickets! Do yourself a favor and avoid these guys, you can get the same price tickets working directly with Airlines!

Wrote an email to them requesting refund. They said it would be two billing cycles. After emailing them two more times and calling them 6x, we finally talked to a supervisor who said our refund would be redeposited in our account in 24 hours.july 20, 2021. That is exactly what happened. We were lucky to get our money back. I will never book through this place again. We booked and purchased new tickets through the airline themselves and received tickets within seconds after purchased.

My money for a canceled trip was never… My money for a canceled trip was never refunded to my credit card and I saw where I was charged in my bank account by Alaska Air for the trip. Alaska Air could not refund me because the charge produced by New Travel Trip did contain the correct information like ticket # or booking confirmation. Don’t trust this company with your travel plans!

STAY AWAY. paid for tickets, then through the airlines directly found out reservations were cancelled the same day. Requested refund, got nowhere, supervisor never returned repeated calls. They just take money and run. Based on the bad reviews that sound like my experience, I suspect all the good reviews are FAKE. All I want is my money back. BUYER BEWARE!

Scam I purchased what I thought was two tickets. After not receiving my confirmation number and e-ticket as they had said, I started to investigate. United airlines said the tickets were purchased and then refunded. Therefore they scammed my money and never notified me I had no tickets. Good thing I found out before going to the airport to find out I had no flight. DO NOT USE this company. It's a SCAM!!!
