Stole my money and had zero customer service! Terrible service, I have called about 15 times and have been hung up on every time. They refused to refund my flight that was cancelled then agreed on giving me $310 usd in travel credits which was significantly less than what I had paid for my flight. I then went to use these travel credits and was told they’re invalid and it was my fault. After fighting with management I was given a ticket number and told I could rebook through westjet who said only the travel agency can rebook and issue a refund (and said that there should be no issues with this). The agency told me otherwise and said they couldn’t give refunds as that is out of their control and only the airline could issue them… at the end of the day I did not get my flight, my travel credits, or my money. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY THEY ARE CROOKS AND HAVE ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

HORRIBLE SERVICE, they continue to hang up on me, refuse to let me speak to their manager, told me I’ll be given my refund in 3 days from my original phone call now I’m being told it will take a month. HORRIBLE PEOPLE TO DEAL WITH, constant beating around the bush. JUST GIVE ME MY MONEY!!

Scam I purchased what I thought was two tickets. After not receiving my confirmation number and e-ticket as they had said, I started to investigate. United airlines said the tickets were purchased and then refunded. Therefore they scammed my money and never notified me I had no tickets. Good thing I found out before going to the airport to find out I had no flight. DO NOT USE this company. It's a SCAM!!!

Emailed was sent back no address by… Emailed was sent back no address by that name. No one answering phone left a message first time. Second third and fourth time number would not even connect. Attorney General needs to investigate. Total scam.

useless totally fake website! do not waste time. booked month and a half in advance and no ticket was available.... tried calling and no one could help. Kept getting put on hold and literally it was just them sitting there "silent" but could still hear noise in background. after several attempts they stated flight couldnt be booked and was therefore a cancelled transaction. luckily no money was lost but i can see some have lost money. please use different agency.
