GBTerrible customer service We had to re-schedule a trip and after two month can not get our refund. All customer service will do is send an email saying it will be refunded in 7-10 days. Sixty (60) later no refund. Impossible to reach anyone who can actually help you. Terrible company do not trust them with your travel plans.

GBThis is a total scam This is a total scam. Ordered tickets in April have been in contact with the company several times being told my tickets would be here in a week 2 weeks 2 days. Finally called the airline company to find I didn't even have tickets. Then I get an email from them today stating after numerous calls and attempts to reach you and not doing so we are canceling your tickets.Total scam stay away!

GBScam I purchased what I thought was two tickets. After not receiving my confirmation number and e-ticket as they had said, I started to investigate. United airlines said the tickets were purchased and then refunded. Therefore they scammed my money and never notified me I had no tickets. Good thing I found out before going to the airport to find out I had no flight. DO NOT USE this company. It's a SCAM!!!

GBThis place is a total scam This place is a total scam, I booked my flight, 3 days before I had to cancel due to covid, the told me I would get a full refund, 2 months later, no refund, no answer the phones, American airlines doesn't even have me in there system!!! STAY AWAY

GBLike many other reviews on here I… Like many other reviews on here I purchased the ticket, received an email with a booking number telling me they would send me the e-ticket when the payment was processed. $643 was debited from my account and when I woke up this afternoon still no e-ticket I have called and I have emailed nothing no response I have had to call my bank and cancel my card and report them as fraudulent,,, now I am now 1800 miles away from home with no debit card. The bank is sending me another one to my home address 1800 miles away in 7 to 10 business days,,, LESSON LEARNED!! #FURIOUS
