This is a total scam This is a total scam. Ordered tickets in April have been in contact with the company several times being told my tickets would be here in a week 2 weeks 2 days. Finally called the airline company to find I didn't even have tickets. Then I get an email from them today stating after numerous calls and attempts to reach you and not doing so we are canceling your tickets.Total scam stay away!

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!! If it was an option, I wouldn’t even select a star! If it were possible they’d get negative five stars! I have been requesting a refund for MONTHS, I mean literally months!!!! The process was started March 26th and here it is today, September 8th and still no refund. I have emailed several times. I have called even more times, like 25 times and each time I’m told something totally different! I’ve been told I need to email other addresses with no response! I would NEVER EVER recommend them! Save yourself the hassle and just look for the next business who actually cares about customers!

Bait and swith Bait and switch, paid for two round trip tickets approximately $500, found out you have to pay additional for carry on baggage, check in baggage, cost for seat and airport costs and taxes. It cost me an additional 249 dollar each way (almost $500) RIP OFF…

Booked a flight with them June 23rd Booked a flight with them June 23rd, 2021, 2 economy seats.paid.no e-ticket recieved. had to cancel after 1 day to land at another location. Wrote an email to them requesting refund. They said it would be two billing cycles. After emailing them two more times and calling them 6x, we finally talked to a supervisor who said our refund would be redeposited in our account in 24 hours.july 20, 2021. That is exactly what happened. We were lucky to get our money back. I will never book through this place again. We booked and purchased new tickets through the airline themselves and received tickets within seconds after purchased.

STAY AWAY. paid for tickets, then through the airlines directly found out reservations were cancelled the same day. Requested refund, got nowhere, supervisor never returned repeated calls. They just take money and run. Based on the bad reviews that sound like my experience, I suspect all the good reviews are FAKE. All I want is my money back. BUYER BEWARE!
