Stole my money and had zero customer service! Terrible service, I have called about 15 times and have been hung up on every time. They refused to refund my flight that was cancelled then agreed on giving me $310 usd in travel credits which was significantly less than what I had paid for my flight. I then went to use these travel credits and was told they’re invalid and it was my fault. After fighting with management I was given a ticket number and told I could rebook through westjet who said only the travel agency can rebook and issue a refund (and said that there should be no issues with this). The agency told me otherwise and said they couldn’t give refunds as that is out of their control and only the airline could issue them… at the end of the day I did not get my flight, my travel credits, or my money. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY THEY ARE CROOKS AND HAVE ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

STAY AWAY. paid for tickets, then through the airlines directly found out reservations were cancelled the same day. Requested refund, got nowhere, supervisor never returned repeated calls. They just take money and run. Based on the bad reviews that sound like my experience, I suspect all the good reviews are FAKE. All I want is my money back. BUYER BEWARE!

Terrible customer service We had to re-schedule a trip and after two month can not get our refund. All customer service will do is send an email saying it will be refunded in 7-10 days. Sixty (60) later no refund. Impossible to reach anyone who can actually help you. Terrible company do not trust them with your travel plans.

Like many other reviews on here I… Like many other reviews on here I purchased the ticket, received an email with a booking number telling me they would send me the e-ticket when the payment was processed. $643 was debited from my account and when I woke up this afternoon still no e-ticket I have called and I have emailed nothing no response I have had to call my bank and cancel my card and report them as fraudulent,,, now I am now 1800 miles away from home with no debit card. The bank is sending me another one to my home address 1800 miles away in 7 to 10 business days,,, LESSON LEARNED!! #FURIOUS

My money for a canceled trip was never… My money for a canceled trip was never refunded to my credit card and I saw where I was charged in my bank account by Alaska Air for the trip. Alaska Air could not refund me because the charge produced by New Travel Trip did contain the correct information like ticket # or booking confirmation. Don’t trust this company with your travel plans!
