GBBooked a flight with them June 23rd Booked a flight with them June 23rd, 2021, 2 economy seats.paid.no e-ticket recieved. had to cancel after 1 day to land at another location. Wrote an email to them requesting refund. They said it would be two billing cycles. After emailing them two more times and calling them 6x, we finally talked to a supervisor who said our refund would be redeposited in our account in 24 hours.july 20, 2021. That is exactly what happened. We were lucky to get our money back. I will never book through this place again. We booked and purchased new tickets through the airline themselves and received tickets within seconds after purchased.

GBScam I purchased what I thought was two tickets. After not receiving my confirmation number and e-ticket as they had said, I started to investigate. United airlines said the tickets were purchased and then refunded. Therefore they scammed my money and never notified me I had no tickets. Good thing I found out before going to the airport to find out I had no flight. DO NOT USE this company. It's a SCAM!!!

CAStole my money and had zero customer service! Terrible service, I have called about 15 times and have been hung up on every time. They refused to refund my flight that was cancelled then agreed on giving me $310 usd in travel credits which was significantly less than what I had paid for my flight. I then went to use these travel credits and was told they’re invalid and it was my fault. After fighting with management I was given a ticket number and told I could rebook through westjet who said only the travel agency can rebook and issue a refund (and said that there should be no issues with this). The agency told me otherwise and said they couldn’t give refunds as that is out of their control and only the airline could issue them… at the end of the day I did not get my flight, my travel credits, or my money. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY THEY ARE CROOKS AND HAVE ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

GBI cant give manage to give this place a… I cant give manage to give this place a zero star, so it gets a 1 star. HORRIBLE SERVICE, they continue to hang up on me, refuse to let me speak to their manager, told me I’ll be given my refund in 3 days from my original phone call now I’m being told it will take a month. HORRIBLE PEOPLE TO DEAL WITH, constant beating around the bush. JUST GIVE ME MY MONEY!!
