This place is a total scam This place is a total scam, I booked my flight, 3 days before I had to cancel due to covid, the told me I would get a full refund, 2 months later, no refund, no answer the phones, American airlines doesn't even have me in there system!!! STAY AWAY

Booked a flight with them June 23rd Booked a flight with them June 23rd, 2021, 2 economy seats.paid.no e-ticket recieved. had to cancel after 1 day to land at another location. Wrote an email to them requesting refund. They said it would be two billing cycles. After emailing them two more times and calling them 6x, we finally talked to a supervisor who said our refund would be redeposited in our account in 24 hours.july 20, 2021. That is exactly what happened. We were lucky to get our money back. I will never book through this place again. We booked and purchased new tickets through the airline themselves and received tickets within seconds after purchased.

SCAM SCAM! Read past the 5 Starts that get added immediately after a bad Review gets posted to push all the bad ones down. Same as everyone else, no E-ticket then told the flight was canceled and there were no others available on that same flight. My refund was never received and when I was told weeks later (after multiple communications) that it would take 1-2 billing cycles I knew I had been had. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY AND WRITE A REVIEW JUST LIKE THIS ONE SO OTHER PPL KEEP MAKING REVIEWS TO OFFSET THE FAKE 5 STAR ONES THEY IMMEDIATELY POST AFTER THE BAD ONES!

STAY AWAY. paid for tickets, then through the airlines directly found out reservations were cancelled the same day. Requested refund, got nowhere, supervisor never returned repeated calls. They just take money and run. Based on the bad reviews that sound like my experience, I suspect all the good reviews are FAKE. All I want is my money back. BUYER BEWARE!

useless totally fake website! do not waste time. booked month and a half in advance and no ticket was available.... tried calling and no one could help. Kept getting put on hold and literally it was just them sitting there "silent" but could still hear noise in background. after several attempts they stated flight couldnt be booked and was therefore a cancelled transaction. luckily no money was lost but i can see some have lost money. please use different agency.
