You response was totally inadequate. I ws not looking to get a refund but merely use the travel waiver that united airlines was offering to reschedule within the next year.... Random booking and charges deducted from account Very Bad experience failed to book certain flight, so cheapoair did random booking and now refusing to refund and delaying the process. spent more money on call to get connencted to billing department and after 2 months follow up cheapoair provides me ticket deatail, which i provided initially. Will never book tickets from this site. Not Trustworthy site.

4 Star I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Ramada. The employees made me feel right at home. The room was very clean as well as the facilities - pool , sauna.. I would love to give less than one… I would love to give less than one star. I tried to purchase a ticket for august 17th and i received a message that the ticket is not available for that particular date and my card will not be charged, right after that they booked a ticket for August 16th without my authorization and i am still disputing with my credit card company. My Plan is to take them to small claims court. Next i rather pay more and go somewhere else.

didn't expect an internatioal company rips me off with travel insurance and covid 19 cancellations, CheapOair did not refund me neither gave me a credit for another ticket. it has been over a year since I bought the ticket , I made international calls, a chat, and wrote e.mails with no use it was so draining every time I had to explain to a new different agent. even when they call they hang up even before I answer and then send me an e.mail that they called a very bad experience.
