I have asked for my refund but every… I have requested for my refund but every time I check booking status, it still in "active". it is to slow to get my refund and I don't know if Cheapoair procedure any actions to help customer get refunding. The only answer I get is "We will notify you once airline accept it". The auto assistant service shows the passengers name and city/date change for my booking, but after waiting 2hours for Agent supports, the answer is : "Yes sure but airline will not get changed and passenger will remain same." It was just time consuming to wait customer support service. No any helpfull.

Random booking and charges deducted from account Very Bad experience failed to book certain flight, so cheapoair did random booking and now refusing to refund and delaying the process. spent more money on call to get connencted to billing department and after 2 months follow up cheapoair provides me ticket deatail, which i provided initially. You response was totally inadequate. I ws not looking to get a refund but merely use the travel waiver that united airlines was offering to reschedule within the next year... Bought a ticket, hidden fees, and cancelation cost me $ 58 I just purchased an airline ticket for $ 887.89 and I had a previous bad experience with cheapoair, so I got the $ 14.95 free cancelation insurance. Long story short, Cheapair didn't acknowledge the insurance for Free cancelation and they discounted me $ 58.90, a total rip off and I had to wait almost 1 hour for customer service. The chat on Cheapoair's website is not helpful at all, they referred you to an email and the phone number.

Worst experience ever Worst experience ever, My flight has been cancelled as destination country not allow to land any flight. Even they charged me 95$ cheapoair booking charge and 300$ other charges. Really disappointed with services. And with Never Ever go for services In future.. horrible company waste of time and money
