I have asked for my refund but every… I have requested for my refund but every time I check booking status, it still in "active". it is to slow to get my refund and I don't know if Cheapoair procedure any actions to help customer get refunding. The only answer I get is "We will notify you once airline accept it". The auto assistant service shows the passengers name and city/date change for my booking, but after waiting 2hours for Agent supports, the answer is : "Yes sure but airline will not get changed and passenger will remain same." It was just time consuming to wait customer support service. No any helpfull.

I was booking a flight, but at the page before final payment, I checked reviews of the airline and decided to go with another. I tried go go back from the page but it froze like it was intentional. I waited about 5 minutes but the page only wanted to go to final payment. I closed it out not worried because I did not finalize payment. However, they pushed the payment through themselves and after run-around after another, they reimbursed it minus-$150.00 fee. Can you believe it-they charge me $150 for their scam. NEVER EVER use them!

When travel restrictions were placed by… When travel restrictions were placed by the president, I spent 8 hours trying to reach our during which I was disconnected multiple times. You response was totally inadequate. I ws not looking to get a refund but merely use the travel waiver that united airlines was offering to reschedule within the next year... You should have been there to help. My booking # is 66643618. I expect you to make good on your failure in you handling of this situation

didn't expect an internatioal company rips me off with travel insurance and covid 19 cancellations, CheapOair did not refund me neither gave me a credit for another ticket. it has been over a year since I bought the ticket , I made international calls, a chat, and wrote e.mails with no use it was so draining every time I had to explain to a new different agent. even when they call they hang up even before I answer and then send me an e.mail that they called a very bad experience. 4 Star I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Ramada. The employees made me feel right at home. The room was very clean as well as the facilities - pool , sauna.. Making the reservations was quick & easy to do. I appreciate the wonderful experience to help me relax & enjoy my vacation. Thank you. God bless you all. Diane
