didn't expect an internatioal company rips me off with travel insurance and covid 19 cancellations, CheapOair did not refund me neither gave me a credit for another ticket. it has been over a year since I bought the ticket , I made international calls, a chat, and wrote e.mails with no use it was so draining every time I had to explain to a new different agent. even when they call they hang up even before I answer and then send me an e.mail that they called a very bad experience. Bad customer service and long waiting time Bad customer service, they keep you on hold for more then an hour for no reason and after they place you on hold, they hang up the call. This is really unprofessional. They are super rude with customers. Me and my husband both had same experiance. I am never going to purchase ticket from cheapoair.

If I could give zero stars I would If I could give zero stars I would. I’m still kicking myself for buying through this company without reviewing them first. My tickets got cancelled because of Covid and they wouldn’t refund me! The stipulations on my flight credits are ridiculous. They’re basically stealing $1200 from me which I need because I’m poor, which is why I bought from them in the first place. Do not buy through this company.

I would love to give less than one… I would love to give less than one star. I tried to purchase a ticket for august 17th and i received a message that the ticket is not available for that particular date and my card will not be charged, right after that they booked a ticket for August 16th without my authorization and i am still disputing with my credit card company. My Plan is to take them to small claims court. Next i rather pay more and go somewhere else.

Random booking and charges deducted from account Very Bad experience failed to book certain flight, so cheapoair did random booking and now refusing to refund and delaying the process. spent more money on call to get connencted to billing department and after 2 months follow up cheapoair provides me ticket deatail, which i provided initially. Will never book tickets from this site. Not Trustworthy site.
