JPI have asked for my refund but every… I have requested for my refund but every time I check booking status, it still in "active". it is to slow to get my refund and I don't know if Cheapoair procedure any actions to help customer get refunding. The only answer I get is "We will notify you once airline accept it". The auto assistant service shows the passengers name and city/date change for my booking, but after waiting 2hours for Agent supports, the answer is : "Yes sure but airline will not get changed and passenger will remain same." It was just time consuming to wait customer support service. No any helpfull.

GBThey did not inform any Covid test They did not inform any Covid test. My dad who turn 70th transferred SF from Toronto. Asiana Airline asked Covid test that Cheapoair did not asking or any comments. He missed the flight and stay over night inside airport. Next day he took a test and gave to Asiana Airline but they can't take him because Cheapoair did not doing anything for his reschedule. My brother and I called more than 20 times to customers service center but they keep saying 'please hold we will connect our supervisor or please hold for team discussion.' After 1 hour holding suddenly disconnected the phone. My dad is still in airport more than 4 days now. He feels weakness and not safely without any care. How can Cheapoair care their customer like it. We paying over 2500 USD for ticket.

GBStay Away From Cheap-O-Stay! Booked a motel stay with Cheap-O-Stay & paid via credit card. Upon checking out of motel, receipt was for $20.00 LESS than what I had paid Cheap-O-Stay. WTF? Called Cheap-O-Stay, got ahold of poor English speaking "Customer Service Professional" in some god-forsaken land... (what a joke.....). Never received an explaination after being placed on hold for over an hour. Finally wasted enough time & gave up. Credit card company stated they believe extra $20.00 was for their commission of the sale....???? STAY AWAY FROM CHEAP-O-STAY!!

GBCheapOAir is absolutely horrible Update on my CheapOAir experience: CheapOAir continually refused to give us a refund when our flights were cancelled due to COVID. They said we could get partial credit that had to be used by December 2020. (Hah!) After months of frustrating communication, you know what finally worked in getting a refund? Filling out a complaint form with the U.S. Dept of Transportation. On the same day we got an email from the dept. saying that they ask companies who have had complaints filed against them to resolve the problem, CheapOAir contacted us and said we would be getting a refund!

GBIf I could give zero stars I would If I could give zero stars I would. I’m still kicking myself for buying through this company without reviewing them first. My tickets got cancelled because of Covid and they wouldn’t refund me! The stipulations on my flight credits are ridiculous. They’re basically stealing $1200 from me which I need because I’m poor, which is why I bought from them in the first place. Do not buy through this company.
