GB4 Star I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Ramada. The employees made me feel right at home. The room was very clean as well as the facilities - pool , sauna.. GBTroubles with refund This company has honestly had my family and I go through more stress than the corona virus itself. After 3 weeks of calling and being put on hold for 2 hours we still can’t get a hold of anyone for our refund. My grandma and I were supposed to fly to Paris April 3rd but due to the virus it all got cancelled with Norwegian. Since I purchased my tickets with cheapoair it’s been a hassle. After all this work I definitely won’t buy tickets from them anymore as they totally lost a customer due to them being so unprofessional with us customers.

AENo way to contact customer service, steals money I have been charged random amounts of approximately $80 from Cheapoair on my credit card on three occasions after buying my ticket, and one of these charges was nine days after buying my ticket. I have no idea why. I tried to contact Cheapoair's customer service phone number, and after 50 minutes I was connected to someone who was terrible and made it very clear that he just couldn't be bothered to help, so he said he would transfer me to another department. I asked him whether I'd be put on hold again and he said no, but I was put on hold for another 20 minutes before the line hung up. Don't trust Cheapoair.

CAWorst experience ever Worst experience ever, My flight has been cancelled as destination country not allow to land any flight. Even they charged me 95$ cheapoair booking charge and 300$ other charges. Really disappointed with services. And with Never Ever go for services In future.. horrible company waste of time and money

GBDon't deserve even one star Don't deserve even one star. The other bad reviews are true-they are no good. I was booking a flight, but at the page before final payment, I checked reviews of the airline and decided to go with another. I tried go go back from the page but it froze like it was intentional. I waited about 5 minutes but the page only wanted to go to final payment. I closed it out not worried because I did not finalize payment. However, they pushed the payment through themselves and after run-around after another, they reimbursed it minus-$150.00 fee. Can you believe it-they charge me $150 for their scam. NEVER EVER use them!
