CheapOAir is absolutely horrible Update on my CheapOAir experience: CheapOAir continually refused to give us a refund when our flights were cancelled due to COVID. They said we could get partial credit that had to be used by December 2020. (Hah!) After months of frustrating communication, you know what finally worked in getting a refund? Filling out a complaint form with the U.S. Dept of Transportation. On the same day we got an email from the dept. saying that they ask companies who have had complaints filed against them to resolve the problem, CheapOAir contacted us and said we would be getting a refund!

Worst experience ever Worst experience ever, My flight has been cancelled as destination country not allow to land any flight. Even they charged me 95$ cheapoair booking charge and 300$ other charges. Really disappointed with services. And with Never Ever go for services In future.. horrible company waste of time and money

didn't expect an internatioal company rips me off with travel insurance and covid 19 cancellations, CheapOair did not refund me neither gave me a credit for another ticket. it has been over a year since I bought the ticket , I made international calls, a chat, and wrote e.mails with no use it was so draining every time I had to explain to a new different agent. even when they call they hang up even before I answer and then send me an e.mail that they called a very bad experience. Random booking and charges deducted from account Very Bad experience failed to book certain flight, so cheapoair did random booking and now refusing to refund and delaying the process. spent more money on call to get connencted to billing department and after 2 months follow up cheapoair provides me ticket deatail, which i provided initially. Will never book tickets from this site. Not Trustworthy site.

Terrible customer service Terrible customer service. I ordered a round trip and paid A LOT of money. I find out the return destination was different from where I travelled from. When I called them to adjust it, they told me that all flight back are fully booked and that I would have PAY to get anything adjusted. I am furious with this. They kept transferring me from one incompetent agent to another. Literally takes over an hour to get any question answered. Never again will I use them or recommend them.
