Terrible customer service Terrible customer service. I ordered a round trip and paid A LOT of money. I find out the return destination was different from where I travelled from. When I called them to adjust it, they told me that all flight back are fully booked and that I would have PAY to get anything adjusted. I am furious with this. They kept transferring me from one incompetent agent to another. Literally takes over an hour to get any question answered. Never again will I use them or recommend them.

I would love to give less than one… I would love to give less than one star. I tried to purchase a ticket for august 17th and i received a message that the ticket is not available for that particular date and my card will not be charged, right after that they booked a ticket for August 16th without my authorization and i am still disputing with my credit card company. My Plan is to take them to small claims court. Next i rather pay more and go somewhere else.

didn't expect an internatioal company rips me off with travel insurance and covid 19 cancellations, CheapOair did not refund me neither gave me a credit for another ticket. it has been over a year since I bought the ticket , I made international calls, a chat, and wrote e.mails with no use it was so draining every time I had to explain to a new different agent. even when they call they hang up even before I answer and then send me an e.mail that they called a very bad experience. You response was totally inadequate. I ws not looking to get a refund but merely use the travel waiver that united airlines was offering to reschedule within the next year.... Stay Away From Cheap-O-Stay! Booked a motel stay with Cheap-O-Stay & paid via credit card. Upon checking out of motel, receipt was for $20.00 LESS than what I had paid Cheap-O-Stay. WTF? Called Cheap-O-Stay, got ahold of poor English speaking "Customer Service Professional" in some god-forsaken land... (what a joke.....). Never received an explaination after being placed on hold for over an hour. Finally wasted enough time & gave up. Credit card company stated they believe extra $20.00 was for their commission of the sale....???? STAY AWAY FROM CHEAP-O-STAY!!
