I was booking a flight, but at the page before final payment, I checked reviews of the airline and decided to go with another. I tried go go back from the page but it froze like it was intentional. I waited about 5 minutes but the page only wanted to go to final payment. I closed it out not worried because I did not finalize payment. However, they pushed the payment through themselves and after run-around after another, they reimbursed it minus-$150.00 fee. Can you believe it-they charge me $150 for their scam. NEVER EVER use them!

No way to contact customer service, steals money I have been charged random amounts of approximately $80 from Cheapoair on my credit card on three occasions after buying my ticket, and one of these charges was nine days after buying my ticket. I have no idea why. I tried to contact Cheapoair's customer service phone number, and after 50 minutes I was connected to someone who was terrible and made it very clear that he just couldn't be bothered to help, so he said he would transfer me to another department. I asked him whether I'd be put on hold again and he said no, but I was put on hold for another 20 minutes before the line hung up. Don't trust Cheapoair.

Don’t use them Don’t use them, it’s easy to book, but support is terrible. I was stranded in the Philippines, since my flight was canceled through China! I bought their useless insurance, I got my original half of the round trip refunded and had to pay out if pocket almost triple for a rebook. Then I just went through the same thing booking and receiving a call do I want the real insurance. I was so upset,I trued to cancel within two hours what a joke, don’t bother. Take your money to a casino

Terrible customer service Terrible customer service. I ordered a round trip and paid A LOT of money. I find out the return destination was different from where I travelled from. When I called them to adjust it, they told me that all flight back are fully booked and that I would have PAY to get anything adjusted. I am furious with this. They kept transferring me from one incompetent agent to another. Literally takes over an hour to get any question answered. Never again will I use them or recommend them.

Random booking and charges deducted from account Very Bad experience failed to book certain flight, so cheapoair did random booking and now refusing to refund and delaying the process. spent more money on call to get connencted to billing department and after 2 months follow up cheapoair provides me ticket deatail, which i provided initially. Will never book tickets from this site. Not Trustworthy site.
