I have asked for my refund but every… I have requested for my refund but every time I check booking status, it still in "active". it is to slow to get my refund and I don't know if Cheapoair procedure any actions to help customer get refunding. The only answer I get is "We will notify you once airline accept it". The auto assistant service shows the passengers name and city/date change for my booking, but after waiting 2hours for Agent supports, the answer is : "Yes sure but airline will not get changed and passenger will remain same." It was just time consuming to wait customer support service. No any helpfull.

Troubles with refund This company has honestly had my family and I go through more stress than the corona virus itself. After 3 weeks of calling and being put on hold for 2 hours we still can’t get a hold of anyone for our refund. My grandma and I were supposed to fly to Paris April 3rd but due to the virus it all got cancelled with Norwegian. Since I purchased my tickets with cheapoair it’s been a hassle. After all this work I definitely won’t buy tickets from them anymore as they totally lost a customer due to them being so unprofessional with us customers.

When travel restrictions were placed by… When travel restrictions were placed by the president, I spent 8 hours trying to reach our during which I was disconnected multiple times. You response was totally inadequate. I ws not looking to get a refund but merely use the travel waiver that united airlines was offering to reschedule within the next year.... You should have been there to help. My booking # is 66643618. I expect you to make good on your failure in you handling of this situation

Don't deserve even one star Don't deserve even one star. The other bad reviews are true-they are no good. I was booking a flight, but at the page before final payment, I checked reviews of the airline and decided to go with another. I tried go go back from the page but it froze like it was intentional. I waited about 5 minutes but the page only wanted to go to final payment. I closed it out not worried because I did not finalize payment. However, they pushed the payment through themselves and after run-around after another, they reimbursed it minus-$150.00 fee. Can you believe it-they charge me $150 for their scam. NEVER EVER use them!

Random booking and charges deducted from account Very Bad experience failed to book certain flight, so cheapoair did random booking and now refusing to refund and delaying the process. spent more money on call to get connencted to billing department and after 2 months follow up cheapoair provides me ticket deatail, which i provided initially. Will never book tickets from this site. Not Trustworthy site.
