If I could give zero stars I would If I could give zero stars I would. I’m still kicking myself for buying through this company without reviewing them first. My tickets got cancelled because of Covid and they wouldn’t refund me! The stipulations on my flight credits are ridiculous. They’re basically stealing $1200 from me which I need because I’m poor, which is why I bought from them in the first place. Do not buy through this company.

Worst experience ever Worst experience ever, My flight has been cancelled as destination country not allow to land any flight. Even they charged me 95$ cheapoair booking charge and 300$ other charges. Really disappointed with services. And with Never Ever go for services In future.. horrible company waste of time and money

Don't deserve even one star Don't deserve even one star. The other bad reviews are true-they are no good. I was booking a flight, but at the page before final payment, I checked reviews of the airline and decided to go with another. I tried go go back from the page but it froze like it was intentional. I waited about 5 minutes but the page only wanted to go to final payment. I closed it out not worried because I did not finalize payment. However, they pushed the payment through themselves and after run-around after another, they reimbursed it minus-$150.00 fee. Can you believe it-they charge me $150 for their scam. NEVER EVER use them!

didn't expect an internatioal company rips me off with travel insurance and covid 19 cancellations, CheapOair did not refund me neither gave me a credit for another ticket. it has been over a year since I bought the ticket , I made international calls, a chat, and wrote e.mails with no use it was so draining every time I had to explain to a new different agent. even when they call they hang up even before I answer and then send me an e.mail that they called a very bad experience. Don’t use them Don’t use them, it’s easy to book, but support is terrible. I was stranded in the Philippines, since my flight was canceled through China! I bought their useless insurance, I got my original half of the round trip refunded and had to pay out if pocket almost triple for a rebook. Then I just went through the same thing booking and receiving a call do I want the real insurance. I was so upset,I trued to cancel within two hours what a joke, don’t bother.
