Random booking and charges deducted from account Very Bad experience failed to book certain flight, so cheapoair did random booking and now refusing to refund and delaying the process. spent more money on call to get connencted to billing department and after 2 months follow up cheapoair provides me ticket deatail, which i provided initially. Will never book tickets from this site. Not Trustworthy site.

4 Star I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Ramada. The employees made me feel right at home. The room was very clean as well as the facilities - pool , sauna.. Making the reservations was quick & easy to do. I appreciate the wonderful experience to help me relax & enjoy my vacation. Thank you. God bless you all. Diane

If I could give zero stars I would If I could give zero stars I would. I’m still kicking myself for buying through this company without reviewing them first. My tickets got cancelled because of Covid and they wouldn’t refund me! The stipulations on my flight credits are ridiculous. They’re basically stealing $1200 from me which I need because I’m poor, which is why I bought from them in the first place. Do not buy through this company.

didn't expect an internatioal company rips me off with travel insurance and covid 19 cancellations, CheapOair did not refund me neither gave me a credit for another ticket. it has been over a year since I bought the ticket , I made international calls, a chat, and wrote e.mails with no use it was so draining every time I had to explain to a new different agent. even when they call they hang up even before I answer and then send me an e.mail that they called a very bad experience. No way to contact customer service, steals money I have been charged random amounts of approximately $80 from Cheapoair on my credit card on three occasions after buying my ticket, and one of these charges was nine days after buying my ticket. I have no idea why. I tried to contact Cheapoair's customer service phone number, and after 50 minutes I was connected to someone who was terrible and made it very clear that he just couldn't be bothered to help, so he said he would transfer me to another department. I asked him whether I'd be put on hold again and he said no, but I was put on hold for another 20 minutes before the line hung up. Don't trust Cheapoair.
