Worst experience ever Worst experience ever, My flight has been cancelled as destination country not allow to land any flight. Even they charged me 95$ cheapoair booking charge and 300$ other charges. Really disappointed with services. And with Never Ever go for services In future.. horrible company waste of time and money

didn't expect an internatioal company rips me off with travel insurance and covid 19 cancellations, CheapOair did not refund me neither gave me a credit for another ticket. it has been over a year since I bought the ticket , I made international calls, a chat, and wrote e.mails with no use it was so draining every time I had to explain to a new different agent. even when they call they hang up even before I answer and then send me an e.mail that they called a very bad experience. Terrible customer service Terrible customer service. I ordered a round trip and paid A LOT of money. I find out the return destination was different from where I travelled from. When I called them to adjust it, they told me that all flight back are fully booked and that I would have PAY to get anything adjusted. I am furious with this. They kept transferring me from one incompetent agent to another. Literally takes over an hour to get any question answered. Never again will I use them or recommend them.

Bought a ticket, hidden fees, and cancelation cost me $ 58 I just purchased an airline ticket for $ 887.89 and I had a previous bad experience with cheapoair, so I got the $ 14.95 free cancelation insurance. Long story short, Cheapair didn't acknowledge the insurance for Free cancelation and they discounted me $ 58.90, a total rip off and I had to wait almost 1 hour for customer service. The chat on Cheapoair's website is not helpful at all, they referred you to an email and the phone number.

Coronavirus Coronavirus, yeah I get it. I've spent 10 hours in the past two days trying to get through to customer service, online, via chat, sent emails, spent most of those 10 hours on automated hold with ZERO response! International flight coming up in less than 24 hours and it is pretty apparent that they are either not staffed or have extremely poor service. Spending $8.4k for 7 tickets to Mexico and the customer service is absolutely abhorrent.
