GBCoronavirus Coronavirus, yeah I get it. I've spent 10 hours in the past two days trying to get through to customer service, online, via chat, sent emails, spent most of those 10 hours on automated hold with ZERO response! International flight coming up in less than 24 hours and it is pretty apparent that they are either not staffed or have extremely poor service. Spending $8.4k for 7 tickets to Mexico and the customer service is absolutely abhorrent.

SEWhen travel restrictions were placed by… When travel restrictions were placed by the president, I spent 8 hours trying to reach our during which I was disconnected multiple times. You response was totally inadequate. I ws not looking to get a refund but merely use the travel waiver that united airlines was offering to reschedule within the next year.... You should have been there to help. My booking # is 66643618. I expect you to make good on your failure in you handling of this situation

GBCheapOAir is absolutely horrible Update on my CheapOAir experience: CheapOAir continually refused to give us a refund when our flights were cancelled due to COVID. They said we could get partial credit that had to be used by December 2020. (Hah!) After months of frustrating communication, you know what finally worked in getting a refund? Filling out a complaint form with the U.S. Dept of Transportation. On the same day we got an email from the dept. saying that they ask companies who have had complaints filed against them to resolve the problem, CheapOAir contacted us and said we would be getting a refund!

GBI would love to give less than one… I would love to give less than one star. I tried to purchase a ticket for august 17th and i received a message that the ticket is not available for that particular date and my card will not be charged, right after that they booked a ticket for August 16th without my authorization and i am still disputing with my credit card company. My Plan is to take them to small claims court. Next i rather pay more and go somewhere else.

GBBought a ticket, hidden fees, and cancelation cost me $ 58 I just purchased an airline ticket for $ 887.89 and I had a previous bad experience with cheapoair, so I got the $ 14.95 free cancelation insurance. Long story short, Cheapair didn't acknowledge the insurance for Free cancelation and they discounted me $ 58.90, a total rip off and I had to wait almost 1 hour for customer service. The chat on Cheapoair's website is not helpful at all, they referred you to an email and the phone number.
