Ripped off by cheapoair
GBBought a ticket, hidden fees, and cancelation cost me $ 58 I just purchased an airline ticket for $ 887.89 and I had a previous bad experience with cheapoair, so I got the $ 14.95 free cancelation insurance. Long story short, Cheapair didn't acknowledge the insurance for Free cancelation and they discounted me $ 58.90, a total rip off and I had to wait almost 1 hour for customer service. The chat on Cheapoair's website is not helpful at all, they referred you to an email and the phone number.

LBdidn't expect an internatioal company rips me off with travel insurance and covid 19 cancellations, CheapOair did not refund me neither gave me a credit for another ticket. it has been over a year since I bought the ticket , I made international calls, a chat, and wrote e.mails with no use it was so draining every time I had to explain to a new different agent. even when they call they hang up even before I answer and then send me an e.mail that they called a very bad experience. GBIf I could give zero stars I would If I could give zero stars I would. I’m still kicking myself for buying through this company without reviewing them first. My tickets got cancelled because of Covid and they wouldn’t refund me! The stipulations on my flight credits are ridiculous. They’re basically stealing $1200 from me which I need because I’m poor, which is why I bought from them in the first place. Do not buy through this company.

GBDon’t use them Don’t use them, it’s easy to book, but support is terrible. I was stranded in the Philippines, since my flight was canceled through China! I bought their useless insurance, I got my original half of the round trip refunded and had to pay out if pocket almost triple for a rebook. Then I just went through the same thing booking and receiving a call do I want the real insurance. I was so upset,I trued to cancel within two hours what a joke, don’t bother. GBTroubles with refund This company has honestly had my family and I go through more stress than the corona virus itself. After 3 weeks of calling and being put on hold for 2 hours we still can’t get a hold of anyone for our refund. My grandma and I were supposed to fly to Paris April 3rd but due to the virus it all got cancelled with Norwegian. Since I purchased my tickets with cheapoair it’s been a hassle. After all this work I definitely won’t buy tickets from them anymore as they totally lost a customer due to them being so unprofessional with us customers.
