4 Star I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Ramada. The employees made me feel right at home. The room was very clean as well as the facilities - pool , sauna.. Random booking and charges deducted from account Very Bad experience failed to book certain flight, so cheapoair did random booking and now refusing to refund and delaying the process. spent more money on call to get connencted to billing department and after 2 months follow up cheapoair provides me ticket deatail, which i provided initially. Will never book tickets from this site. Not Trustworthy site.

Bad customer service and long waiting time Bad customer service, they keep you on hold for more then an hour for no reason and after they place you on hold, they hang up the call. This is really unprofessional. They are super rude with customers. Me and my husband both had same experiance. I am never going to purchase ticket from cheapoair.

No way to contact customer service, steals money I have been charged random amounts of approximately $80 from Cheapoair on my credit card on three occasions after buying my ticket, and one of these charges was nine days after buying my ticket. I have no idea why. I tried to contact Cheapoair's customer service phone number, and after 50 minutes I was connected to someone who was terrible and made it very clear that he just couldn't be bothered to help, so he said he would transfer me to another department. I asked him whether I'd be put on hold again and he said no, but I was put on hold for another 20 minutes before the line hung up. Don't trust Cheapoair.

Don’t use them Don’t use them, it’s easy to book, but support is terrible. I was stranded in the Philippines, since my flight was canceled through China! I bought their useless insurance, I got my original half of the round trip refunded and had to pay out if pocket almost triple for a rebook. Then I just went through the same thing booking and receiving a call do I want the real insurance. I was so upset,I trued to cancel within two hours what a joke, don’t bother. Take your money to a casino
