GBTroubles with refund This company has honestly had my family and I go through more stress than the corona virus itself. After 3 weeks of calling and being put on hold for 2 hours we still can’t get a hold of anyone for our refund. My grandma and I were supposed to fly to Paris April 3rd but due to the virus it all got cancelled with Norwegian. Since I purchased my tickets with cheapoair it’s been a hassle. After all this work I definitely won’t buy tickets from them anymore as they totally lost a customer due to them being so unprofessional with us customers.

GBCheapOAir is absolutely horrible Update on my CheapOAir experience: CheapOAir continually refused to give us a refund when our flights were cancelled due to COVID. They said we could get partial credit that had to be used by December 2020. (Hah!) After months of frustrating communication, you know what finally worked in getting a refund? Filling out a complaint form with the U.S. Dept of Transportation. On the same day we got an email from the dept. saying that they ask companies who have had complaints filed against them to resolve the problem, CheapOAir contacted us and said we would be getting a refund!

GBWhen travel restrictions were placed by… When travel restrictions were placed by the president, I spent 8 hours trying to reach our during which I was disconnected multiple times. You response was totally inadequate. I ws not looking to get a refund but merely use the travel waiver that united airlines was offering to reschedule within the next year... You should have been there to help. My booking # is 66643618. I expect you to make good on your failure in you handling of this situation

AENo way to contact customer service, steals money I have been charged random amounts of approximately $80 from Cheapoair on my credit card on three occasions after buying my ticket, and one of these charges was nine days after buying my ticket. I have no idea why. I tried to contact Cheapoair's customer service phone number, and after 50 minutes I was connected to someone who was terrible and made it very clear that he just couldn't be bothered to help, so he said he would transfer me to another department. I asked him whether I'd be put on hold again and he said no, but I was put on hold for another 20 minutes before the line hung up. Don't trust Cheapoair.

LBdidn't expect an internatioal company rips me off with travel insurance and covid 19 cancellations, CheapOair did not refund me neither gave me a credit for another ticket. it has been over a year since I bought the ticket , I made international calls, a chat, and wrote e.mails with no use it was so draining every time I had to explain to a new different agent. even when they call they hang up even before I answer and then send me an e.mail that they called a very bad experience.
