When I inquired about this they simply replied that Lassen (sub-contract company) made a change, despite what was on their website when I paid. I've made a formal complaint, but so far nobody responded. They also removed my review from their website! Taketours lies about their tour packages and refuses to admit it!

Say no to Taketours I booked two tickets for dance cruise in Miami in Bayside and they didn't confirm my booking until I called them. Once I got the confirmation and went to the venue I saw that the prices charged by them were exorbitant. For a $10 ride I was charged $19 with no extra inclusions. Who charges almost double even if I consider it to be a convenience fee? Taketours never again!

I booked the Woodbury Commons tour for me and my girlfriend. The bus was suppose to pick us up at 08:00. We waited from 07:30 to 08:45. However, it did not show up. What's more, the customer service hasn't replied to my refund request. THEY ARE SCAMMERS.

I am doing Gods Work Writing This Review HORRIBLE! Please, just rent a car. Every activity you will do, will be with free or next to nothing in cost. This tour company will charge everything double that PER PERSON! The busses are cramped, uncomfortable, and old. Children have more spacious traveling experiences on school busses! I’m so upset, I can’t even go into detail because I’ll have to relive the experience in my mind! Any positive reviews you find are fake! Do not go on this bus tour!
