Never again We thought it was a great deal but it was a horrible experience. Our tour guide was rude and hard to understand in English - He showed up 45 minutes late on the first day, then literally got into a screaming match with another tourist on the bus we was awkward and unprofessional to say the least. They also charged us almost double the RRP for tickets so if you do end up on one of these tours, do NOT buy tickets for optional activites through them! Buy them yourself at the ticket counter. We also spent almost the whole time on the bus - they allowed us 25 minutes at the Grand Canyon after spending 5 hours getting there, and about 30 minutes total at Yosemite. A huge disappointment and not at all worth the cheap price.

It will clear all confusion and expectations from other nationals who may look for other available alternatives. NEVER AGAIN | taketours.com is a scam Horrible company, terrible experience. Trust me, you don't want to use taketours services. I saw the bad reviews before but didn't take them seriously. I booked the Woodbury Commons tour for me and my girlfriend. The bus was suppose to pick us up at 08:00. We waited from 07:30 to 08:45. However, it did not show up. What's more, the customer service hasn't replied to my refund request. THEY ARE SCAMMERS.
