GBDisappointed Due to, what was explained to me as, an international limit on my credit card I was told my booking of two tickets would have to go through in two separate transactions - which I agreed to as long as the tickets I had chosen were the same. On arriving at the theatre with my boyfriend (a birthday present I had bought for him) we discovered that not only were we not sitting beside one another, we were in completely different sections of the theatre. Due to an almost full house the only thing the theatre could do was upgrade us, with an additional cost of $130. I specifically asked for two tickets together and was told this wouldn't change despite the separate booking. Very disappointed and feel let down by the service.

GBTerrible Customer Service Over the Phone (use email instead) I accidently booked the wrong date for some Cirque du Soleil tickets and the customer service to get them changed was awful. When I called the first time, I had to hang up after 25 minutes of waiting for someone to answer the call. On my second try at a call, the person I spoke to spent 5 minutes trying to find my record in her system repeatedly asking me for different types of information. Finally, after I got to ask my question, I was told that they could not change the date on my tickets even though there was no price change involved. I asked to speak to a manager and got the same response. Eventually this supervisor said that she would call the box office to see if this was possible. She then had me call the box office and they had no problem at all changing the date! The one great thing is that I did also send an email with my question and the woman who responded was very knowledgeable and helpful. If you have a customer service related question, you should definitely not call! Email this company!

GBTicketcounter handled sales of tickets… Ticketcounter handled sales of tickets to an attraction in The Netherlands. I've just been informed of a breach they allowed in their systems. They informed me of their apparent negligence today, 3-3-21 When did the attraction itself know of the breach, you ask? Nearly 23 MONTHS ago. Ticketcounter either failed to know, failed to care, or just hid the information hoping nobody found out. Perhaps Ticketcounter would like to respond....

GBA Solid Company with good options for tickets I stayed in Las vegas at Planet Hollywood and worked with the Diamond concierge to buy tickets to Michael Jackson ONE through Ticket Counter. They recommended Ticket Counter and I found, unlike other online brokers, their tickets were not ridiculously marked up. They are working closely with the Vegas show box offices to ensure good seat availability options, where you know specifically where you are sitting. (When you buy from the ticket office, the show you a seat map - this map is on the online ticket counter site and you should pay attention if you want to know your specific seats.) This was a fabulous show and would recommend this company as a ticket source for any show!

GBBad experience I was staying at the ceasar palace and decide to buy tickets for O cirque du Soleil. I was glad to do it simply by internet whit ticket counter. Ufortunately I buy the tickets 146 $ instead of the reel price of the 118$. it would have been cheaper just walk to the box office. I was very disapointed. Bad experience. Never buy tickets with this site anymore.
