1st time user My major complaint is that you can't choose your seat or even see where you will be sitting exactly. I think this is important to know exactly where you sit not just a general idea, especially when you spend over $100 per ticket. I didn't like how it a voucher you received after your purchase was official, on top of that, the tickets are non refundable even though you have no real idea where you sitting until you get to will call box office to get the actual ticket. And even when you get to the will call you don't even get to choose where you get to sit! Horrible setup! Most likely, I won't use this site again!

No answer from you customer service support team Very disappointed! Emailed 24 hours ago asking abound your customer service satisfaction emblem to match A lower price if I found one and I haven't had a reply from you. Also I try calling the number it appears on the purchase confirmation email and that phone has been disconnected at least take the time to edit and make the changes need it to the correspondence you email out.

I was double charged. I tried to purchase tickets for Tournament of Kings in Las Vegas on the 4th. The site told me my purchase wasn't going through, so I purchased them through another site. I looked at my account the next day and saw Ticket Counter charged me twice. I called the contact number to cancel the charges. I'm still waiting for my refund.

Ticketcounter handled sales of tickets… Ticketcounter handled sales of tickets to an attraction in The Netherlands. I've just been informed of a breach they allowed in their systems. They informed me of their apparent negligence today, 3-3-21 When did the attraction itself know of the breach, you ask? Nearly 23 MONTHS ago. Ticketcounter either failed to know, failed to care, or just hid the information hoping nobody found out. Perhaps Ticketcounter would like to respond....
