GBDid not put my two tickets together I went online to order tickets to Michael Jackson One and they did not tell me that my husband and I would not be sitting together. Thankfully the box office fixed their problem but the gentlemen helping me order didn't mention this at all. Unacceptable.

PEAverage I didnt receive any email confirming my purchase and therefore I had to call to make sure that my reservation was made. The person who helped me was very kind, but now I am worried that I wouldnt get good seats since this web page doesnt provide with specific seat numbers. I picked section B and now I have to go 24 hours before show time to secure good seats in this section. That causes great stress to me. I didnt know I wouldnt get seat number when I bought the tickets.

GBCommunication We were told over the phone that our seats were center stage. When we got there- they were not! We sat on the side. I also called to get 1 ticket refunded as one of our guests became ill and could not go. The agent said someone would get back to me- I have yet to hear from them. Very disappointed in the communication of this company.

GBDisappointed Due to, what was explained to me as, an international limit on my credit card I was told my booking of two tickets would have to go through in two separate transactions - which I agreed to as long as the tickets I had chosen were the same. On arriving at the theatre with my boyfriend (a birthday present I had bought for him) we discovered that not only were we not sitting beside one another, we were in completely different sections of the theatre. Due to an almost full house the only thing the theatre could do was upgrade us, with an additional cost of $130. I specifically asked for two tickets together and was told this wouldn't change despite the separate booking. Very disappointed and feel let down by the service.

CATERRIBLE I MADE AN ERROR ON THE DATE USING THE 13TH INSTEAD OF THE 16TH, , WAS UNABLE TO FIX IT THERE ARE NO CONTACT NUMBERS AND HAVE BEEN CHARGED FOR TICKETS FOR THE 13TH WHEN I AM NOT IN VEGAS TILL THE 15TH AND WANTED TICKETS FOR THE 16TH ! I WAS UNABLE TO CONTACT ANYONE TO CORRECT THIS ERRORM, HAVE BOOKED FOR THE CORRECT DATE ON ANOTHER SITE. SO IN FACT I HAVE PAID TWICE, I WILL BE FOLLOWING THIS UP WITH MY CREDIT CARD AND DISPUTING THE CHARGES
