Average I didnt receive any email confirming my purchase and therefore I had to call to make sure that my reservation was made. The person who helped me was very kind, but now I am worried that I wouldnt get good seats since this web page doesnt provide with specific seat numbers. I picked section B and now I have to go 24 hours before show time to secure good seats in this section. That causes great stress to me. I didnt know I wouldnt get seat number when I bought the tickets.

No answer from you customer service support team Very disappointed! Emailed 24 hours ago asking abound your customer service satisfaction emblem to match A lower price if I found one and I haven't had a reply from you. Also I try calling the number it appears on the purchase confirmation email and that phone has been disconnected at least take the time to edit and make the changes need it to the correspondence you email out.

1st time user My major complaint is that you can't choose your seat or even see where you will be sitting exactly. I think this is important to know exactly where you sit not just a general idea, especially when you spend over $100 per ticket. I didn't like how it a voucher you received after your purchase was official, on top of that, the tickets are non refundable even though you have no real idea where you sitting until you get to will call box office to get the actual ticket. And even when you get to the will call you don't even get to choose where you get to sit! Horrible setup! Most likely, I won't use this site again!

Communication We were told over the phone that our seats were center stage. When we got there- they were not! We sat on the side. I also called to get 1 ticket refunded as one of our guests became ill and could not go. The agent said someone would get back to me- I have yet to hear from them. Very disappointed in the communication of this company.

We have received nothing and we live tomorrow to USA (we are from France) but for the paiement, no problems!!! Right now on my bank account!! And i wrote you to have news, because no any news from you! no answer!! I'm very angry! it's not professionnal!! So we take the fly tomorrow morning and don't know if we will can assist to the show! i don't know what to do?? If i have to buy others tickets or not, to be sure that we will see it!
