FRE-Tickets Cirque du Soleil show mystere Hello, We bought e-tickets on your website for Le cirque du Soleil, Mystere. We have received nothing and we live tomorrow to USA (we are from France) but for the paiement, no problems!!! Right now on my bank account!! And i wrote you to have news, because no any news from you! no answer!! I'm very angry! it's not professionnal!! So we take the fly tomorrow morning and don't know if we will can assist to the show! i don't know what to do?? If i have to buy others tickets or not, to be sure that we will see it! GBTerrible Customer Service Over the Phone (use email instead) I accidently booked the wrong date for some Cirque du Soleil tickets and the customer service to get them changed was awful. When I called the first time, I had to hang up after 25 minutes of waiting for someone to answer the call. On my second try at a call, the person I spoke to spent 5 minutes trying to find my record in her system repeatedly asking me for different types of information. Finally, after I got to ask my question, I was told that they could not change the date on my tickets even though there was no price change involved. I asked to speak to a manager and got the same response. Eventually this supervisor said that she would call the box office to see if this was possible. She then had me call the box office and they had no problem at all changing the date! The one great thing is that I did also send an email with my question and the woman who responded was very knowledgeable and helpful. If you have a customer service related question, you should definitely not call! Email this company!

GBVery nervous Cannot get anyone to answer phone to confirm my show tickets (3 separate shows). Very nervous to say the least. Hope my family's vacation not wrecked by these people

GB1st time user My major complaint is that you can't choose your seat or even see where you will be sitting exactly. I think this is important to know exactly where you sit not just a general idea, especially when you spend over $100 per ticket. I didn't like how it a voucher you received after your purchase was official, on top of that, the tickets are non refundable even though you have no real idea where you sitting until you get to will call box office to get the actual ticket. And even when you get to the will call you don't even get to choose where you get to sit! Horrible setup! Most likely, I won't use this site again!

GBI was double charged. I tried to purchase tickets for Tournament of Kings in Las Vegas on the 4th. The site told me my purchase wasn't going through, so I purchased them through another site. I looked at my account the next day and saw Ticket Counter charged me twice. I called the contact number to cancel the charges. I'm still waiting for my refund.
