1st time user My major complaint is that you can't choose your seat or even see where you will be sitting exactly. I think this is important to know exactly where you sit not just a general idea, especially when you spend over $100 per ticket. I didn't like how it a voucher you received after your purchase was official, on top of that, the tickets are non refundable even though you have no real idea where you sitting until you get to will call box office to get the actual ticket. And even when you get to the will call you don't even get to choose where you get to sit! Horrible setup! Most likely, I won't use this site again!

E-Tickets Cirque du Soleil show mystere Hello, We bought e-tickets on your website for Le cirque du Soleil, Mystere. We have received nothing and we live tomorrow to USA (we are from France) but for the paiement, no problems!!! Right now on my bank account!! And i wrote you to have news, because no any news from you! no answer!! I'm very angry! it's not professionnal!! So we take the fly tomorrow morning and don't know if we will can assist to the show! i don't know what to do?? If i have to buy others tickets or not, to be sure that we will see it! Average I didnt receive any email confirming my purchase and therefore I had to call to make sure that my reservation was made. The person who helped me was very kind, but now I am worried that I wouldnt get good seats since this web page doesnt provide with specific seat numbers. I picked section B and now I have to go 24 hours before show time to secure good seats in this section. That causes great stress to me. I didnt know I wouldnt get seat number when I bought the tickets.

Felt Duped as Rep Lied over the phone about the seat location We were in Vegas and wanted to attend the show. Called these guys and before purchasing, I clearly remember, confirmed at least 3 times with the rep that these are Center Seats for Category 2 for Treasure Island show -- Mystere. Rep name was John and he said yes every time I asked him. When we go to the hotel, we get side tickets. It was too close to the stage and on side so we could not enjoy the show as much as we paid for. Stay away from these guys as they don't tell you the exact seat numbers before or after purchase and make big false promises. Would NOT recommend anyone to buy from these guys.

Did not put my two tickets together I went online to order tickets to Michael Jackson One and they did not tell me that my husband and I would not be sitting together. Thankfully the box office fixed their problem but the gentlemen helping me order didn't mention this at all. Unacceptable.
