Communication We were told over the phone that our seats were center stage. When we got there- they were not! We sat on the side. I also called to get 1 ticket refunded as one of our guests became ill and could not go. The agent said someone would get back to me- I have yet to hear from them. Very disappointed in the communication of this company.

I was double charged. I tried to purchase tickets for Tournament of Kings in Las Vegas on the 4th. The site told me my purchase wasn't going through, so I purchased them through another site. I looked at my account the next day and saw Ticket Counter charged me twice. I called the contact number to cancel the charges. I'm still waiting for my refund.

Terrible Customer Service Over the Phone (use email instead) I accidently booked the wrong date for some Cirque du Soleil tickets and the customer service to get them changed was awful. When I called the first time, I had to hang up after 25 minutes of waiting for someone to answer the call. On my second try at a call, the person I spoke to spent 5 minutes trying to find my record in her system repeatedly asking me for different types of information. Finally, after I got to ask my question, I was told that they could not change the date on my tickets even though there was no price change involved. I asked to speak to a manager and got the same response. Eventually this supervisor said that she would call the box office to see if this was possible. She then had me call the box office and they had no problem at all changing the date! The one great thing is that I did also send an email with my question and the woman who responded was very knowledgeable and helpful. If you have a customer service related question, you should definitely not call! Email this company!

Felt Duped as Rep Lied over the phone about the seat location We were in Vegas and wanted to attend the show. Called these guys and before purchasing, I clearly remember, confirmed at least 3 times with the rep that these are Center Seats for Category 2 for Treasure Island show -- Mystere. Rep name was John and he said yes every time I asked him. When we go to the hotel, we get side tickets. It was too close to the stage and on side so we could not enjoy the show as much as we paid for. Stay away from these guys as they don't tell you the exact seat numbers before or after purchase and make big false promises. Would NOT recommend anyone to buy from these guys.

Did not put my two tickets together I went online to order tickets to Michael Jackson One and they did not tell me that my husband and I would not be sitting together. Thankfully the box office fixed their problem but the gentlemen helping me order didn't mention this at all. Unacceptable.
