We needed an air lift on the way back to New York City from Niagara Falls Buffalo Airport after watching the amazing solar eclipse, because regular carriers were not serving around that time period of the day. She was from the very beginning till even after the flight was over, with us. Literelly we felt it so close. We are very satisfied with her services and hopefully if we need any air charter services, she is the first person that we will contact. I would like to definitely mention about our pilots who were both pretty young, very polite and proffessional who made it possible to relax and enjoy the flight while it being our first private small aircraft experience. Monarch for the save!!!! Monarch for the save!!!!! My entire family (kids and cousins) were stranded in Miami. The next flight available was 4 days later?!?! My sister and I searched every available option to get them to us. We reached out to Ryan at Monarch and within 2 hours he had the pilots, plane, and SUV ready to take care of them.
