Very service oriented, above and beyond The service provided by Christian was great. Everything was taken care of and he followed up on all of my many questions. The treatment we received was excellent. The planes were clean and the pilots friendly. I left something on the plane, called Christian and I was able to retrieve it the same day. We were kept apprised of any potential problems and solutions were offered. Thankfully, there were no significant issues. This was a once in a lifetime trip and Monarch and the staff made it even better.

Exceptional and Timely Service I can’t begin to express how pleased I am with Ryan, Monarch Air Group, and our crew Dan and Renee. We booked about a month before our trip. As first timers for a chartered flight, Ryan was so helpful and patient with us. He answered all of our questions in a very timely manner. Everything with the flight was perfect and timely as well. The flight crew could not have been nicer. We had a wonderful and safe trip across the country.
