He was friendly and knows how to communicate in English well. We were a bit surprised that cars in Mexico don't use air conditioning as much, but it's all good!

A first class service The driver contacted me as soon as the plane landed to tell where to stand outside the arrivals building. She kept in touch until she had negotiated the traffic to reach me. She drove safely, dealing efficiently with busy lanes and delivered me in a timely way. The vehicle was spotlessly clean and I was offered a bottle of water. Thank you for first class service 🙌.

Book airport drop directly with the transportation firm The service rendered by Elife was satisfactory. The driver was very courteous. The only undesirable part was the additional charge levied for delaying the pickup by one hour. Apparently, we did a mistake booking the ride through Expedia, which surprisingly booked the hotel pickup 4 hours before a domestic flight for a 20 minutes trip and we had to request Elife to delay the pickup.

Great service.very accommodating Great service.. 24/7 chat line. Quick service through that. Cars arrive on time. Very accommodating with us changing pickup times a couple of times. Clean vehicles. Only complaint is one driver could not seem to speak English. Had to use a translator. He couldn't even tell us what company he was working for. Other than that I would definitely recommend ELife and would use it again
