Besides, once I arrived to "pillar A5" he was not there so I sent him a whatsapp and his answer was "send me a photo"... Finally he arrived 5 minutes later. I think it is absolutely inadmissible and my customer experience was tremendously poor...

The only undesirable part was the additional charge levied for delaying the pickup by one hour. Apparently, we did a mistake booking the ride through Expedia, which surprisingly booked the hotel pickup 4 hours before a domestic flight for a 20 minutes trip and we had to request Elife to delay the pickup.
