Instead of this, he sent me several whatsapp asking: "where are you?""go outside de building and look for pillar A5" "I remind you that you 45 minutes to come since the plane lands" all these messages BEFORE 23.30h... Besides, once I arrived to "pillar A5" he was not there so I sent him a whatsapp and his answer was "send me a photo"... Finally he arrived 5 minutes later. I think it is absolutely inadmissible and my customer experience was tremendously poor...

Highly Recommend… Booked Elfie for a ride from Schipol airport to our hotel—family of 4. We were tired and an overwhelmed after our overnight flight and a bit confused about where to meet. Called the contact number and the customer service rep was amazing and called the driver and patched us through to talk to him. He told us where to meet and she stayed on the line until we found our driver. Driver was courteous and ride to our hotel was seamless. Van was spotless.

A first class service The driver contacted me as soon as the plane landed to tell where to stand outside the arrivals building. She kept in touch until she had negotiated the traffic to reach me. She drove safely, dealing efficiently with busy lanes and delivered me in a timely way. The vehicle was spotlessly clean and I was offered a bottle of water. Thank you for first class service 🙌.
