Westin Yokohama to Koto Cruise Terminal Driver picked us up at the Westin Yokohama in front of the hotel main entrance. He shared some landmarks as we were driving to the Koto Cruise Terminal which was nice as we travelled for awhile. Very impressed with how much room in the vehicles and the cleanliness on both of our trips in Japan.

Déçu disappointed by My Transfert because… disappointed by My Transfert because the driver was not present at 11:15 p.m. at Faro airport (Portugal) I had to wait 50 minutes with my wife and my 2 children for another driver to come pick us up. As compensation My transfer reimbursed me 20%. if I had known UBER was the same price and I would have waited only 2 minutes déçu par My Transfert car le chauffeur n’était pas présent à 23h15 à l’aéroport de Faro (Portugal) j’ai dû patienter 50 mn avec ma femme et mes 2 enfants pour qu’un autre chauffeur vienne nous chercher. En dédommagement My transfert ma remboursé 20%. si j’avais su UBER était au même tarif et j’aurais patienté seulement 2mn

Great service, highly professional Everything worked really well and was super easy. They have a counter right outside customs and from there is just a few steps to the cars. We had a lot of luggage because we moved to Tenerife and they even switched to a bigger car without extra charge. Drivers were really helpful and friendly. We highly recommend this company.
