Westin Yokohama to Koto Cruise Terminal Driver picked us up at the Westin Yokohama in front of the hotel main entrance. He shared some landmarks as we were driving to the Koto Cruise Terminal which was nice as we travelled for awhile. Very impressed with how much room in the vehicles and the cleanliness on both of our trips in Japan.

Driver parked all the way outside the… Driver parked all the way outside the airport which was very inconvenient especially travelling with 2 kids and alot of luggage..toddler seat age 2 wasn't right either fot my daughters age as we got a booster seat which is for older children..driver barely helped with luggage or closed the car door for us ..not the greatest service we've received..

Very professional service Used them on a recent trip to Port de pollença with 12 others, got picked up in a lovely coach, drive was very helpful with all the bags and was on time for both journeys. Would definitely recommend them and will definitely used them again

Stranded in Turkey - avoid mytransferscom Left stranded in Istanbul Went to the collection point 33 as requested spoke to agent but booking for us. Stood in rain for one hour while various phone calls were made and still no record of our booking and no transfer. Want our money back and compensation for 1 hour in the rain
