ITTransport service “Mytransfers” are horrible I arrived in a new country, Milan and was looking forward to my "mytransfers" service being there for me and my wife, but I was bitterly disappointed as they did not stay and walked away because the plain was delayed by 35 minutes. I had to pay for another taxi and so l ended up paying over double. Their service and their attitude is horrible, I tried to contact them, but they made a lot of excuses and then just ignored me. In today's world with so much delay being caused as a result of airport congestion and take-off pushbacks, you need to rely on a transport service that can make adjustments. They think they are too big to be bothered by customers that experience flight delays and are happy to hurt people. Please, do yourself a favor and find another transport service.

ESGreat service, highly professional Everything worked really well and was super easy. They have a counter right outside customs and from there is just a few steps to the cars. We had a lot of luggage because we moved to Tenerife and they even switched to a bigger car without extra charge. Drivers were really helpful and friendly. We highly recommend this company.

IEDriver parked all the way outside the… Driver parked all the way outside the airport which was very inconvenient especially travelling with 2 kids and alot of luggage..toddler seat age 2 wasn't right either fot my daughters age as we got a booster seat which is for older children..driver barely helped with luggage or closed the car door for us ..not the greatest service we've received..
