Superb service Absolutely faultless service. Transfer from airport was waiting for us despite us being delayed by an hour. Driver text us to let us know where he was waiting and had a sign with our name. Driver was helpful with luggage. Car was clean and spacious. Return transfer picked us up on time - and again, driver was helpful and vehicle was clean, tidy and spacious.

Transport service “Mytransfers” are horrible I arrived in a new country, Milan and was looking forward to my "mytransfers" service being there for me and my wife, but I was bitterly disappointed as they did not stay and walked away because the plain was delayed by 35 minutes. I had to pay for another taxi and so l ended up paying over double. Their service and their attitude is horrible, I tried to contact them, but they made a lot of excuses and then just ignored me. In today's world with so much delay being caused as a result of airport congestion and take-off pushbacks, you need to rely on a transport service that can make adjustments. They think they are too big to be bothered by customers that experience flight delays and are happy to hurt people. Please, do yourself a favor and find another transport service.

Déçu disappointed by My Transfert because… disappointed by My Transfert because the driver was not present at 11:15 p.m. at Faro airport (Portugal) I had to wait 50 minutes with my wife and my 2 children for another driver to come pick us up. As compensation My transfer reimbursed me 20%. if I had known UBER was the same price and I would have waited only 2 minutes déçu par My Transfert car le chauffeur n’était pas présent à 23h15 à l’aéroport de Faro (Portugal) j’ai dû patienter 50 mn avec ma femme et mes 2 enfants pour qu’un autre chauffeur vienne nous chercher. En dédommagement My transfert ma remboursé 20%. si j’avais su UBER était au même tarif et j’aurais patienté seulement 2mn

No one came for us No one came for us, after one hour of waiting they told us to take a taxi, and that they will pay it for us.. they gave me back just what i payed for their transfer which was a lot smaller amount than we payed for taxi... we allmost missed our fly.. never more mytransfer..
