Over Extended Stay In San Antonio Ms. Rose Smith was patient and very helpful in making sure that we got a flight reservation with American Airlines after our only way back home was cancelled!!! Even though my husband will miss two days of unscheduled leave from work, We are so grateful to have a flight home soon! Scam artists This company and apparently their employees are lying scam artists. I was involved in the fiasco with SW Airlines in December and in trying to get back on. They represented themselves as SW Airlines and charged me $175. for a return flight that was cancelled. SW Airlines stood behind all of the fees that I incurred (except with the scam artists) because of the problems and I will continue doing business with them. But I will let everyone know what a horrid experience it was dealing with Luna and Valvalto. Shame on you for your lies and deception.

Charlotte to Rome in business class. They saved a few thousand per ticket, took my seating request and handled everything. We’re not leaving until May but I’m already planning my next trip with them!
