Been working with Dave and the team at… Been working with Dave and the team at Valalto on booking my trip to Europe, saved me a lot of money and took care of everything for me! Top quality!!!

Reliable Agency, never seen this before ! Called these guys on New Years day for a quick flight to Germany for a last minute business trip and they helped me save an insane amount of $ compared to what I was seeing online. Im always skeptical of these kinds of companies but Dave and his team just seemed different. I had a great experience and will definitely come back for more flights. I have a lot planned for 2024.

Kevin was very attentive and considerate. Kevin was at first unable to help with a flight being rescheduled. However he then called me back and had a solution to my request. He was able to rebook my flight and also credited my account for the remaining amount. He went above and beyond to assist me with getting travel plans. He convinced me to continue using Southwest Airlines after I was extremely disappointed I did not make it to family for Christmas. Kevin was very considerate and helpful. Thanks Cecelia

Dave was amazing Dave was amazing! He responded promptly to my questions and took care of everything in a very professional manner. I will use him again.

Language barrier Perry help me in getting to Africa Tanzania diaspora.. my only complaint is I could not understand my agent, and it seemed when I would ask him to repeat himself due to language barrier; he was a little short with me. Other than that we got the job done so for that I'm thankful... Just a little bit more patience Perry, it's your job to make sure people understand what's being communicated. Overall, experience wasn't bad..
