Scam artists This company and apparently their employees are lying scam artists. I was involved in the fiasco with SW Airlines in December and in trying to get back on. They represented themselves as SW Airlines and charged me $175. for a return flight that was cancelled. SW Airlines stood behind all of the fees that I incurred (except with the scam artists) because of the problems and I will continue doing business with them. But I will let everyone know what a horrid experience it was dealing with Luna and Valvalto. Shame on you for your lies and deception.

Luna...agent extraordinaire Luna was the agent who assisted me and she not only answered the phone quickly, but was great to work with. She patiently checked different options available to fly SW from LAX and other airports...and provided pricing and options available with other dates and airlines. I work with wheelchair passengers at Tucson Intl Airport and we get points for positive comments that eventually equate to paid days off. Please insure that Luna gets all the "Brownie Points"that she most certainly deserves.

My ‘travel guy’ for 5 years! I’ve worked with Dave for about 5 years. He never fails to impress! I just came off a 35 day trip to Vietnam and Thailand and Dave got a great price for business class for multi city trip. He is there for me every step of the way. Don’t waste time with other companies. This is the one.

My husband and l connected with Max… My husband and l connected with Max Wilson December 14th, 2022 after l learned my darling elderly father had 3 to 5 days to live. Wintering in Phoenix Arizona l had to return to Ottawa, Ontario Canada. Limited flights and the holiday season created more issues to deal with. Max was successful in getting me home in time! Now facing the "storm of the century" with hundreds of thousands of air travellers stranded across North America, I'll make it home within a few days. Well done Max! Great attitude and efficient.

LUNA you my hero. My experience with your service is greatly appreciated. You folks are working hard to satisfy your customers. Luna Taylor help us to solve our problems, she put extra effort to get our flight reservations after our flight we’re canceled with Hawaiian airlines.
