Kevin was very attentive and considerate. Kevin was at first unable to help with a flight being rescheduled. However he then called me back and had a solution to my request. He was able to rebook my flight and also credited my account for the remaining amount. He went above and beyond to assist me with getting travel plans. He convinced me to continue using Southwest Airlines after I was extremely disappointed I did not make it to family for Christmas. Kevin was very considerate and helpful. Thanks Cecelia

Scam artists This company and apparently their employees are lying scam artists. I was involved in the fiasco with SW Airlines in December and in trying to get back on. They represented themselves as SW Airlines and charged me $175. for a return flight that was cancelled. SW Airlines stood behind all of the fees that I incurred (except with the scam artists) because of the problems and I will continue doing business with them. But I will let everyone know what a horrid experience it was dealing with Luna and Valvalto. Shame on you for your lies and deception.

Dave is the Best We have worked with Dave Rosenblum for over 10 years and have referred him to many of our friends. He is THE BEST. Very responsive and always gets us the best prices and routes available. Love working with Dave.

Dave and Valalto = Great Resource I’ve worked with Dave on several trips and he always delivers! Whether you fly business, premium economy or economy- he and his team can find you a better rate and keep you posted on any flight changes after booking. I highly recommend Dave and Valalto!

I booked a trip for my family with Alex… I booked a trip for my family with Alex after my friend recommended Valalto. When I looked online the prices were super high. Charlotte to Rome in business class. They saved a few thousand per ticket, took my seating request and handled everything. We’re not leaving until May but I’m already planning my next trip with them! Highly recommend.
