Over Extended Stay In San Antonio Ms. Rose Smith was patient and very helpful in making sure that we got a flight reservation with American Airlines after our only way back home was cancelled!!! Even though my husband will miss two days of unscheduled leave from work, We are so grateful to have a flight home soon! My husband and l connected with Max… My husband and l connected with Max Wilson December 14th, 2022 after l learned my darling elderly father had 3 to 5 days to live. Wintering in Phoenix Arizona l had to return to Ottawa, Ontario Canada. Limited flights and the holiday season created more issues to deal with. Max was successful in getting me home in time! Now facing the "storm of the century" with hundreds of thousands of air travellers stranded across North America, I'll make it home within a few days. Well done Max! Great attitude and efficient.
