Thomas White was EXCELLENT! Thomas White was EXCELLENT!! He followed through all the way to the end, even contacting the airline and pursued a credit be applied to my account. If possible, I will contact him directly when I use bookmytravelin again. We need more people in customer service like Thomas!!
