His name is Thomas, absolutely helpful and understanding with a lot of patience and a very nice attitude. He was awesome, he explained me everything and he give me a great deal on my ticket. Perfect Flight Booking Experience I couldn't say whether booking with Bookmytravelin was secure, yet I read some criticism and needed to give them a possibility. I'm upbeat I did so on the grounds that my involvement in them was quite sure. I rushed to pick and pay for the tickets and I got my email confirmation with flight tickets instantly. Affirmed upholds, you can work with them securely.

HUNG UP IN MY MOTHERS FACE WHEN SHE TRIED TO BOOK A FLIGHT FOR MY UNCLE FOR MY GRANNY'S FUNERAL. DIDN'T SHOW ANY SYMPATHY I COULD SCREAMED BECAUSE THAT'S HOW DISRESPECTFUL AND UN PROFESSIONAL THEY WERE. IF YOU KNOW WHAT'S BEST NEVER USE THIS AIRLINE BECAUSE I CERTAINLY WILL NOT BE USING AGAIN.

NOT A SCAM NOT A SCAM! Worth the wait. I was very concerned that this company was a scam at 1st because after I booked my flight online it said I would have my ticket information within 30 minutes. I waited over an hour and called the customer service # listed. I was told they were in the process of booking my flight and I would have my ticket info emailed to me within 20 minutes. I waited almost another 45 minutes and I called back again. I spoke with Thomas White and Alex and they were both very helpful and eased my worries. Almost 2 hours later I finally got my reference # and I was able to call American Airlines and they said my ticket and round trip flights were all set and I was “ticketed” as American Airlines called it. I was able to get an AWESOME rate from Syracuse NY to Las Vegas for $513 compared to other travel companies that were charging $680 for the same exact flight with same departure and arrival times as I got with Book My Traveling (just wanted to add that I booked this flight less than 48 hours before my departure). A little patience goes and long way and I am very HAPPY and super excited! Thanks so much for the excellent communication and for the AWESOME Rate!!!! I will be using this company again.
