GBThomas fixed a flight Thomas fixed a flight that i booked on line i didn't notice a 10 hour lay over, i went online and message the booking co. and in seconds my flight was fixed no extra cost. the best experience ever

GBTHIS HAS HAD TO BR THE WORST AIRLINE I… THIS HAS HAD TO BR THE WORST AIRLINE I HAVE EVER GONE THROUGH AND I'VE BEEN ALL OVER THE WORLD. VERY POOR AND RUDE COSTUMER SERVICE. HUNG UP IN MY MOTHERS FACE WHEN SHE TRIED TO BOOK A FLIGHT FOR MY UNCLE FOR MY GRANNY'S FUNERAL. DIDN'T SHOW ANY SYMPATHY I COULD SCREAMED BECAUSE THAT'S HOW DISRESPECTFUL AND UN PROFESSIONAL THEY WERE. IF YOU KNOW WHAT'S BEST NEVER USE THIS AIRLINE BECAUSE I CERTAINLY WILL NOT BE USING AGAIN.
