NOT A SCAM NOT A SCAM! Worth the wait. I was very concerned that this company was a scam at 1st because after I booked my flight online it said I would have my ticket information within 30 minutes. I waited over an hour and called the customer service # listed. I was told they were in the process of booking my flight and I would have my ticket info emailed to me within 20 minutes. I waited almost another 45 minutes and I called back again. I spoke with Thomas White and Alex and they were both very helpful and eased my worries. Almost 2 hours later I finally got my reference # and I was able to call American Airlines and they said my ticket and round trip flights were all set and I was “ticketed” as American Airlines called it. I was able to get an AWESOME rate from Syracuse NY to Las Vegas for $513 compared to other travel companies that were charging $680 for the same exact flight with same departure and arrival times as I got with Book My Traveling (just wanted to add that I booked this flight less than 48 hours before my departure). A little patience goes and long way and I am very HAPPY and super excited! Thanks so much for the excellent communication and for the AWESOME Rate!!!! I will be using this company again.

Thomas fixed a flight Thomas fixed a flight that i booked on line i didn't notice a 10 hour lay over, i went online and message the booking co. and in seconds my flight was fixed no extra cost. the best experience ever

He was patient and listened to my situation when I thought I was hopeless and called with a negative attitude he calmed me down And found a solution .
