Thank you Gurufare Thank you Gurufare Due to our own mistake, we booked a intl flight which need transfer to different airport in a city and airline insist charge a big fine in order to correct it. Greyson from Gurufare helped us big time staying with us for more than 2 hours and negotiating with airlines and patiently inform us the progress, and finally resolved the issue. Do not book thru them Do not book thru them. Customer service is a joke. I spent 2.5 hrs while at the airport trying to get in touch with them thru every method possible to no avail. I needed to find a ticket to return earlier than planned as my passport would expire 4 days before my return. The irony is 11 days later from my flight date they sent me a general email about passport expiration dates. And no refund even for my husband who cannot fly alone.
