We had the worst experience booking… We had the worst experience booking with them. We booked flights with them to Italy. My husband became ill and we couldn’t travel. When we tried to get reimbursed through our travel insurance on our credit card they informed our credit card company that they offered us a refund and we refused it. This was ludicrous, why would you not accept a refund? I tried for months to get it resolved. They are not an honest company. Highly recommend you don’t use them. Edit 3/4/23: After GuruFare read this review they emailed us and said they had not received confirmation from us to receive the refund. I was hesitant to even start anything with them again because it was so stressful last year. I did email them back and they did refund us around two thirds the cost of the original purchase. I am surprised that they did refund us after all this time. It shows that reviews do matter and that companies do value Trustpilot reviews.

Buzz - Best customer service experience ever! I have experienced countless customer service related interactions in my life, but few come close to the level of support we received from Buzz at Gurufare. Buzz did anything and everything you could possibly hope for when faced with a crisis. He acted with a sense of urgency and compassion. He was infinitely patient and professional when dealing with other (often unhelpful) airline customer service reps. He was thorough and responsive, following up whenever there was an update to share. He was creative in his ability to problem solve and I think singlehandedly saved our reservation from what seemed like certain doom. Without a doubt, the reason I am going to celebrate a 40th birthday trip is because Buzz pulled out a miracle. Thank you Buzz!!!

Raavi is the best Raavi is very nice and so helpful😃 She helped me book a ticket to the states and I am very familiar with these bookings because my boyfriend lives over there so I do it quite often - but she made it even easier and very structured for me😅 I even made a mistake with my booking and she fixed it right away for me! Very customer serviced minded. I will definitely book my next flight here again.

Here's the truth...: If you want a stress & worry free experience, then these guys are great (GuruFare). Worked their tail ends off to get me the best deals, and were here to assist me when needed to cancel / reschedule flights. Great service, and willing to go the extra mile. Ricky himself was professional and an expert at what he did. Shout out to him!

Helpful support for booking international flight I searched many different sites to find the exact flight combo that I was looking for and found that Gurufare advertised the best price. I was hesitant to book a major overseas trip with a company I'd never heard of but so far it's been a good experience. Theo worked hard to make sure I got the flight I wanted and was also able to answer all of my questions. He stayed in the chat even when I had to step away, and didn't leave until I had confirmed my booking.
