GBWe had the worst experience booking… We had the worst experience booking with them. We booked flights with them to Italy. My husband became ill and we couldn’t travel. When we tried to get reimbursed through our travel insurance on our credit card they informed our credit card company that they offered us a refund and we refused it. This was ludicrous, why would you not accept a refund? I tried for months to get it resolved. They are not an honest company. Highly recommend you don’t use them. Edit 3/4/23: After GuruFare read this review they emailed us and said they had not received confirmation from us to receive the refund. I was hesitant to even start anything with them again because it was so stressful last year. I did email them back and they did refund us around two thirds the cost of the original purchase. I am surprised that they did refund us after all this time. It shows that reviews do matter and that companies do value Trustpilot reviews.

GBDo not book thru them Do not book thru them. Customer service is a joke. I spent 2.5 hrs while at the airport trying to get in touch with them thru every method possible to no avail. I needed to find a ticket to return earlier than planned as my passport would expire 4 days before my return. The irony is 11 days later from my flight date they sent me a general email about passport expiration dates. And no refund even for my husband who cannot fly alone.

GBHelpful support for booking international flight I searched many different sites to find the exact flight combo that I was looking for and found that Gurufare advertised the best price. I was hesitant to book a major overseas trip with a company I'd never heard of but so far it's been a good experience. Theo worked hard to make sure I got the flight I wanted and was also able to answer all of my questions. He stayed in the chat even when I had to step away, and didn't leave until I had confirmed my booking.

GBFlight was cancelled by the airline but no refund yet… My flight was cancelled by the airline and I am still going back and forth between Gurufare and emirates to get the refund for airlines cancelled ticket. It has been more than 7 months. I won’t recommend neither gurufare nor emirates. As requested, had sent email to gurufare separately with the details.
