Helpful support for booking international flight I searched many different sites to find the exact flight combo that I was looking for and found that Gurufare advertised the best price. I was hesitant to book a major overseas trip with a company I'd never heard of but so far it's been a good experience. Theo worked hard to make sure I got the flight I wanted and was also able to answer all of my questions. I have experienced countless customer service related interactions in my life, but few come close to the level of support we received from Buzz at Gurufare. Buzz did anything and everything you could possibly hope for when faced with a crisis. He acted with a sense of urgency and compassion. He was creative in his ability to problem solve and I think singlehandedly saved our reservation from what seemed like certain doom. Thank you Gurufare Thank you Gurufare Due to our own mistake, we booked a intl flight which need transfer to different airport in a city and airline insist charge a big fine in order to correct it. Greyson from Gurufare helped us big time staying with us for more than 2 hours and negotiating with airlines and patiently inform us the progress, and finally resolved the issue. Raavi is the best Raavi is very nice and so helpful😃 She helped me book a ticket to the states and I am very familiar with these bookings because my boyfriend lives over there so I do it quite often - but she made it even easier and very structured for me😅 I even made a mistake with my booking and she fixed it right away for me!
