Raavi is the best Raavi is very nice and so helpful😃 She helped me book a ticket to the states and I am very familiar with these bookings because my boyfriend lives over there so I do it quite often - but she made it even easier and very structured for me😅 I even made a mistake with my booking and she fixed it right away for me! I have experienced countless customer service related interactions in my life, but few come close to the level of support we received from Buzz at Gurufare. Buzz did anything and everything you could possibly hope for when faced with a crisis. He acted with a sense of urgency and compassion. He was infinitely patient and professional when dealing with other (often unhelpful) airline customer service reps. He was thorough and responsive, following up whenever there was an update to share.
