Raavi is the best Raavi is very nice and so helpful😃 She helped me book a ticket to the states and I am very familiar with these bookings because my boyfriend lives over there so I do it quite often - but she made it even easier and very structured for me😅 I even made a mistake with my booking and she fixed it right away for me! Very customer serviced minded. I will definitely book my next flight here again.

Do not book thru them Do not book thru them. Customer service is a joke. I spent 2.5 hrs while at the airport trying to get in touch with them thru every method possible to no avail. I needed to find a ticket to return earlier than planned as my passport would expire 4 days before my return. The irony is 11 days later from my flight date they sent me a general email about passport expiration dates. And no refund even for my husband who cannot fly alone.

Autumn spent over one hour searching flight deals for me and working through the booking process until the eticket was issued. In addition, Autumn promptly helped correcting an error on the ticket. The entire booking process was pleasant. I am pretty sure that Gurufare.com will be my main booking site in the future.

Flight was cancelled by the airline but no refund yet… My flight was cancelled by the airline and I am still going back and forth between Gurufare and emirates to get the refund for airlines cancelled ticket. It has been more than 7 months. I won’t recommend neither gurufare nor emirates. As requested, had sent email to gurufare separately with the details.
