DELAY DELAY DELAY! Avoid them! I have order 3 pcs of B737-800 landing gear lockpin, part number C32026-12. I ordered on 6th April 2023, the information was order takes 34-37 business day to process. Until today, 15 June 2023, they have not sent my order yet. I sent them emails many times asking about my purchase, and i always get the same template answer, and each time they replied my email, the shipping date delay always getting worse. They will not inform you unless you ask. I don't know how long do i have to wait for my lockpin.

DOW 1447050 SILASTIC RTV-4130-J Purchased some Xiameter RTV 4130J. Label states it has a shelf life of 1 year. Attempted to cast some seals less then 2 months after purchasing and it is defective/won't cure. Write customer service and come to find out that if the order is over 30 days any claims on a defective product are null. Poor customer service, shady policy that isn't Clearly put out there. $100.00 flushed down the drain. Spend your money elsewhere if you want to be treated well.

Don't pay for same day shipping I placed an order online and paid for same day guaranteed shipping. Two days later I called to request a tracking number. Per the customer service rep, it hadn't shipped. I begged her to please have it ship that day (a Friday). It still did not ship until after the weekend. We probably will not order again since their same day guarantee is not a guarantee and customer service did not even make an effort to right the wrong. We did get our $10 refund for paying for same day shipping.

Delivery took a long time, however in their defense giving them the benefit of the doubt It was ordered halfway through the start of the pandemic and country shut down and it’s a disinfectant item so I’m contributing the slow delivery time to that. I also can’t remember if it was in stock or not at the time I placed the order. Most companies were out of any disinfectant supplies. I made another order for the same item so i’ll see if this order arrives faster.

The order delivered on 2/4/2021 many days delayed. This order items were shipped by FedEx to Taiwan by Skygeek. I paid the shipping cost $1038.07. But, the order items were not the right one (515-700/910-704) but a wrong one SKU 0515K011XXIG22K (515K011/910-012). Skygeek totally made mistake. It is a two different products. Shipping department make such a terrible mistake, it is unacceptable. Now I have to take care to make correction by contact Skygeek complicate return procedures to return products from oversea country. Can I trust Skygeek again? Please answer me!!!
