The immediate respose from your company is "BANG, not interested in attempting to help you with your query" why would anyone contact this company? Terrible Sales ethics. Extremely POOR Service !

IDDELAY DELAY DELAY! Avoid them! I have order 3 pcs of B737-800 landing gear lockpin, part number C32026-12. I ordered on 6th April 2023, the information was order takes 34-37 business day to process. Until today, 15 June 2023, they have not sent my order yet. I sent them emails many times asking about my purchase, and i always get the same template answer, and each time they replied my email, the shipping date delay always getting worse. They will not inform you unless you ask. I don't know how long do i have to wait for my lockpin.

GBOrdered case of Krylon 1307 Battery… Ordered case of Krylon 1307 Battery Protector. Could have given better than 1 star if it didn't take 3 weeks for them to start shipping process. And they only did that because I complained about it. It took them four days to respond. Still waiting for delivery. Shop elsewhere.

GBStill havent received my fuel primer… Still havent received my fuel primer line UPDATE: received line, exactly as described and my plane is back in the air. In hindsight I don’t think it was fair to knock skygeek for slow shipping considering what’s going on with the shipping industry lately

GBUnresponsive Customer Service On 02/16/2021 we ordered 3 Kits of SKU# 505335. On 03/01/2021 we received 1 Kit along Packing Slip indicating a quantity of 3 Kits. It seems that there is 2 tracking numbers for this order. FedEx tracking number 784114532099 is showing returned to Skygeek and signed for by SSmith on 02/26/2021. Return appears to be due to missing labels or not the correct ones. Been trying to contact Skygeek 4 times with no positive results. This product is urgently needed for aircraft assigned to McConnell AFB.
