Buyer Beware Buyer Beware! One would do better buying products at the flea market versus SkyGeek. Purchased 20 tubes of silicone caulk: the product was either defective or in someway outdated—4 of 20 tubes would not cure after seven days. Refund process was unduly long and cumbersome.

DELAY DELAY DELAY! Avoid them! I have order 3 pcs of B737-800 landing gear lockpin, part number C32026-12. I ordered on 6th April 2023, the information was order takes 34-37 business day to process. Until today, 15 June 2023, they have not sent my order yet. I sent them emails many times asking about my purchase, and i always get the same template answer, and each time they replied my email, the shipping date delay always getting worse. They will not inform you unless you ask. I don't know how long do i have to wait for my lockpin.

Unresponsive Customer Service On 02/16/2021 we ordered 3 Kits of SKU# 505335. On 03/01/2021 we received 1 Kit along Packing Slip indicating a quantity of 3 Kits. It seems that there is 2 tracking numbers for this order. FedEx tracking number 784114532099 is showing returned to Skygeek and signed for by SSmith on 02/26/2021. Return appears to be due to missing labels or not the correct ones. Been trying to contact Skygeek 4 times with no positive results. This product is urgently needed for aircraft assigned to McConnell AFB.

Don't pay for same day shipping I placed an order online and paid for same day guaranteed shipping. Two days later I called to request a tracking number. Per the customer service rep, it hadn't shipped. I begged her to please have it ship that day (a Friday). It still did not ship until after the weekend. We probably will not order again since their same day guarantee is not a guarantee and customer service did not even make an effort to right the wrong. We did get our $10 refund for paying for same day shipping.

I hate leaving a bad review I hate leaving a bad review, but this company is out of touch with the ordering process. Communication is key when someone is waiting on an aircraft part! This is the second time I have ordered and no communication. Don't waste your time, it might cost you a little more elsewhere but at least you know when you are going to receive it.
