GBTerrible customer service Terrible customer service. Slow, slow, slow to ship. No tracking information or notice of shipping provided. No way to contact customer service, email or phone. Do not buy from this company…it will just lead to total frustration. After reading reply from SkyGeek, I must respond. When order was placed the products selected stated in stock, otherwise I would have placed my order with another vendor. As far as contacting their costumer service, there is no such number or email contact listed on the bottom of order as they claim. Again, do not place orders with this company, they are not truthful!!

GBChange your shipping carrier So far I can't really say anything about my experience because after almost three weeks since I placed this order I still have to see the product. FedEx originally showed a delivery date of 12/11, then change it to 12/15 - today - but the package is still in Mendon, MO. Very unlikely to be here by tonight. Using the pandemic as an excuse, FedEx has become the worst carrier, even worse than the post office. You guys better change that or you will lose a lot of business. Personally, I will not buy anything from you unless you switch to UPS.

GBBuyer Beware Buyer Beware! One would do better buying products at the flea market versus SkyGeek. Purchased 20 tubes of silicone caulk: the product was either defective or in someway outdated—4 of 20 tubes would not cure after seven days. Refund process was unduly long and cumbersome.

GBExcellent Excellent! Skygeek always has the small quantities of what I need. The main distribution houses require a minimum order quantity. But when I only need 1 or 2 rolls of flashbreaker tape or 1 can of Sandstrom Dry Film Lube, SkyGeek has it in the small quantities I need. Fast and reasonable rates too!
