Vayama is a thieving company, keeps customers money Vayama is denying me a refund after I cancelled a flight despite notice. My grandpa died and I couldn't take their flight. I contacted them 4 days before my scheduled departure. They assured me cancellation and refund was possible. Now they say I don't have enough proof he's my grandpa. I provided the death certificate and a published obituary which names me as his surviving granddaughter. Vayama makes me constantly relive my grandfather's death as they don't have the decency to close this and issue a refund. I have been working with them on this for 5 months, which basically means I email them and they don't respond.

Absolute scam artists Absolute scam artists. I would not book with Vayama unless you have lots of disposable income and time that you don't care about. The customer service is incompetent and they just want to suck more money out of you.

Basically missed our connection and they sent an email nearly three hours after to advise of a "schedule change" Akin to buying a jacked and wearing it home only for the sleeves to fall off before you get an email to say "sleeves may fall off". The customer service is an endless line of rubbish excuses and nonsensical screen shots. Do not use this company, they're scammers

After payment was processed After payment was processed they sent me an email that the booking is cancelled. I called customer service and they told me that the money will be refunded in 5 working days. I hope I will get my money back. They didnt provide me the reason for cancellation.
