GBBooked a business class ticket in Air… Booked a business class ticket in Air India using Vayama/Budget-Air. Canceled the ticket and Air India specifically mentioned that except for 600 USD everything else will be returned. So far no luck in getting the money back from Vayama. Vayama keeps on redirecting to Air India. Air India said that it is the responsibility of 3rd party to refund the amount in due time. I am going to sue Vayama for stealing my money and causing me mental stress and anxiety. Never ever book any ticket with the theives. Booking number KBUSW-0603300 Airline reference: M3XNL7
