Patient with my indecision and in the end found us the best way to reach our off- the -beaten -path destination in France. Ben's service is top notch Ben's service is top notch! I have used his service several times now and am never disappointed. He called to let me know a flight on New Zealand Air had been changed a week before flight, helped myself and four lady friends all get on the same Condor flight next November and knows how to find the best flights with the least stopovers. Terrible experience Terrible experience - high quotes. Business Class Guru or Wholesale Flights are not at all customer service oriented, and seem to only care about commissions made. While they tout 30-70% off Business and First Class, one of their general sales managers quoted San Diego to Lyon at $4,000 on Lufthansa, higher than Lufthansa's own published fare of $3,609. I will not deal with Business Class Guru again.
