Thanksgiving was saved. I purchased two tickets for my 80 plus. One of the flights was cancelled and they rerouted from New Jersey to Denver to Dallas. I spoke with my agent and was given another Non-Stop after I could not find anything on the internet. She understood immediately that I didn't want to place my eighty-year- in law with any layover. Thanksgiving was saved by her thoughtfulness and kindness.
