Great Experience | Danish Aftab Danish Aftab was so helpful in applying my flight credit to a future flight and getting my husband’s flight re-booked to the flight that I wanted. I emailed the help cheapair email address about this request and within 25 minutes I received an email from Danish. With everything going on with COVID and in the airline industry I was SHOCKED that I received an email back (from a real person) this fast. I had some more questions following my new flight that I emailed Danish about and I received a phone call from Danish minutes after I sent him my second email. Helpful to say the least Prior to speaking with Danish I was hung up on multiple times and on hold for over an hour each time I had to call back. The representatives were very rude without reason. Danish was very apologetic and comforting!! He answered all of my questions and stayed on the line until my issue was resolved!! He was awesome!!

My debit card didn’t go through because… My debit card didn’t go through because I forgot to up my limit for the day before making my reservations. After calling my bank, I called to speak with a representative and the lady was so kind and helpful! This was my first time using this booking site, and after such a pleasant experience with her, I will definitely be using it again!!
