I received an email that my flight was… I received an email that my flight was successfully canceled. I panicked because I did not want my flight (that I booked for my son) to be canceled. I phoned customer service and spoke to Abin. He was very professional and helpful! He checked into it and found my flight was not canceled, and sent me a confirmation email stating such.

Great customer service I want to thank you for doing such an excellent job booking my flight during the holidays. You went the extra mile to get me an earlier flight due to my friend being ill. Grateful I am so grateful today for the Senior Travel Expert Neil Martin, that assisted me today. He was very professional, personable and polite. I booked a flight for mere pennies. Unfortunately, the resort that we were booking was unavailable. Long story short, Neil went above and beyond to find us accommodations. The area seemed to be the place to be at that time of year.
