Micheal Williams / Spelling counts Micheal Williams helped us to book a trip for our wives, trying to do everything in secrete was made easy by Micheal. Even after Micheal asked us if everything was correct including spelling on our confirmation, we missed two transposed letters, Micheal went above and beyond getting new tickets out to us with the proper spelling. This company uses manipulative business practices This company uses manipulative business practices. They will offer a low fare, let you purchase it, and then (without mentioning it anywhere in the confirmation email or website) at some point in the next day they will try to call you, and if you miss their call, once you call them back they will tell you that the fare you booked is no longer available. Instead, they'll offer you a price that is more expensive than the typical fare for that flight - mine was $370 for a $317 flight. They say that I could've gotten the lower fare if I'd answered the phone, but of course, there's no reason to actually believe that. Don't waste your time with them.

Great customer service Kendall is a very pleasant, experienced , professional with a great customer service. The proses was tedious, but Kendall made it easy for me to get my ticket. The ticket price was completely out of my budget and expectation, but at least he be able to get me direct flight. He took his time to find this ticket for me. I am very happy with his service and I appreciate him very much.
