This is a site that sells seats that they do not have access to. We purchased four tickets to travel to Spain and they called us soon after to let us know that those were in fact not available and offering us other seats on the same flight, but for an extra $550 per ticket. Selling something you don't have is actually a scam, but is somehow allowed through this website. Do yourself a favor and go through one of the well-established sites and skip this one.

When I first made the reservation, I selected the wrong month for travel but within an hour when I noticed that I made a mistake, I immediately called them. This company quickly help me canceling my original reservation and re-booking at the correct dates. They kept me updated with the progress and within 12 hours they were able to resolve my issue and request. They did help me make the new reservation at no additional cost or fee. Very happy with their customer service and highly recommend them.

Repeat Customer--Highly pleased! I've used them for both an international and domestic flight and saved a bundle both times. They have access to flights and rates cheaper than what I can find online. I was skeptical at first, but trust me, it works great! Within 24 hours of booking online, the tickets come through. After fraud prevention stopped the sale, they worked with me to make sure I received the tickets at the cheap rate.

This company uses manipulative business practices This company uses manipulative business practices. They will offer a low fare, let you purchase it, and then (without mentioning it anywhere in the confirmation email or website) at some point in the next day they will try to call you, and if you miss their call, once you call them back they will tell you that the fare you booked is no longer available. Instead, they'll offer you a price that is more expensive than the typical fare for that flight - mine was $370 for a $317 flight. They say that I could've gotten the lower fare if I'd answered the phone, but of course, there's no reason to actually believe that. Don't waste your time with them.
