GBI received an email that my flight was… I received an email that my flight was successfully canceled. I panicked because I did not want my flight (that I booked for my son) to be canceled. I phoned customer service and spoke to Abin. He was very professional and helpful! He checked into it and found my flight was not canceled, and sent me a confirmation email stating such.

GBMicheal Williams / Spelling counts Micheal Williams helped us to book a trip for our wives, trying to do everything in secrete was made easy by Micheal. Even after Micheal asked us if everything was correct including spelling on our confirmation, we missed two transposed letters, Micheal went above and beyond getting new tickets out to us with the proper spelling.
