Even after Micheal asked us if everything was correct including spelling on our confirmation, we missed two transposed letters, Micheal went above and beyond getting new tickets out to us with the proper spelling. This company uses manipulative business practices This company uses manipulative business practices. They will offer a low fare, let you purchase it, and then (without mentioning it anywhere in the confirmation email or website) at some point in the next day they will try to call you, and if you miss their call, once you call them back they will tell you that the fare you booked is no longer available. Instead, they'll offer you a price that is more expensive than the typical fare for that flight - mine was $370 for a $317 flight. They say that I could've gotten the lower fare if I'd answered the phone, but of course, there's no reason to actually believe that. Don't waste your time with them.

Repeat Customer--Highly pleased! I've used them for both an international and domestic flight and saved a bundle both times. They have access to flights and rates cheaper than what I can find online. I was skeptical at first, but trust me, it works great! Within 24 hours of booking online, the tickets come through. After fraud prevention stopped the sale, they worked with me to make sure I received the tickets at the cheap rate.
