Flight Change I called three times to try to change my flights after gathering some information with Luke, who provided amazing customer service and genuinely tried to help me. When I called back to the call center after talking to the the airline company, I asked for Luke, he wasn’t available, so I had to speak with someone else who wasn't very helpful in finding the cheapest fare to change my flights. However, on my third call, I spoke to Kyle, who was as good as Luke and actually put effort into helping me. He did a great job! Thank you, guys, for understanding and being empathetic to my situation, and for going above and beyond to assist your customers. That’s the level of treatment all customers should receive when reaching out to a customer service center.

Clear flights and fares information The flights and fares are clearly presented. It was easy to search and make a flight booking. Promo code could be applied successfully. The breakdown of fares, rebate and promo discount are clearly displayed before making payment. Response was prompt upon purchase. Overall very good experience.

If I may warn people while I am here, don't ever book through Edream, they charge a totally different price when you finalise your booking,. At first was skeptical about the ridiculously cheap prices despite the proximity of travel date, was amazed when I called to confirm with a customer service and I got my booking ticket in less than 20mins. Later confirmed my booking on Lufthansa almost immediately. One of the best Booking system I've come across. The customer service was super amazing. I Strongly recommend!!!👍
