Life saver As every student would, I booked two months early through my local airline. However, 4 weeks before my scheduled flight, something came up and I had to cancel my reservations. At that time, the prices were too high but student universe came through. I got prices half of what other agents and airlines were putting up. Flight Change I called three times to try to change my flights after gathering some information with Luke, who provided amazing customer service and genuinely tried to help me. When I called back to the call center after talking to the the airline company, I asked for Luke, he wasn’t available, so I had to speak with someone else who wasn't very helpful in finding the cheapest fare to change my flights. However, on my third call, I spoke to Kyle, who was as good as Luke and actually put effort into helping me. He did a great job! Thank you, guys, for understanding and being empathetic to my situation, and for going above and beyond to assist your customers. That’s the level of treatment all customers should receive when reaching out to a customer service center.

Excellent service. Strongly Recommend!!! Booked a flight from LHR to Chicago and… Booked a flight from LHR to Chicago and the process was seamless. At first was skeptical about the ridiculously cheap prices despite the proximity of travel date, was amazed when I called to confirm with a customer service and I got my booking ticket in less than 20mins. Later confirmed my booking on Lufthansa almost immediately. One of the best Booking system I've come across. The customer service was super amazing. I Strongly recommend!!!👍

A great platform for student to book… A great platform for student to book flight at a discounted rate. However, asking someone to snap there card may be suspicious because of security reasons. At first I was scared of doing that. There are better ways to matching details. Thank you
