My partner is disabled and I requested assistance which they said they had spoken to the airline and had requested this. Apon arrival at the airport it was clear this hadn’t been done. We also paid extra for special meals which we never got because the airline knew nothing about it. Resulting in us not eating for 2-3 days. We still have a flight back to the uk in a weeks time which I am hoping might be better. I definitely will not be using student universe again.

Very bad customer service Very bad customer service. My advice is to book directly from the airline, at least you get decent customer service. Very disappointing for them to claim being a student focused company. Never again. Edit: sir/madam, please read the hundreds of other reviews: your customer service is very bad and unfriendly. The issue I'm describing was immediately resolved by the airline itself. Turns out, there was an easy solution. Good luck with improving your company.

Life saver As every student would, I booked two months early through my local airline. However, 4 weeks before my scheduled flight, something came up and I had to cancel my reservations. At that time, the prices were too high but student universe came through. I got prices half of what other agents and airlines were putting up. I was so happy, and the booking experience is so easy and so fast. I'd really recommend this to anyone

Student Universe is AWFUL with ticket changes Student Universe does not help with cancellations or trip changes. All they say is stuff about "the airlines polices" which is just not true. When I asked to speak to someone else, they do not provide another agent. They are awful if plans change and now I have lost so much money because they don't even try to get me a refund for my tickets.

Best Flight fort the Best Price! I'd been looking for several days for a cheap flight from Berlin to LA without any overnight or inordinately long layovers. I'd never heard of this site, but somehow it popped up and--boom!--the perfect flight for the lowest price I'd seen anywhere. I booked immediately and got my confirmation the next day. Everything looks to be in order!
