Very bad customer service Very bad customer service. My advice is to book directly from the airline, at least you get decent customer service. Very disappointing for them to claim being a student focused company. Never again. Edit: sir/madam, please read the hundreds of other reviews: your customer service is very bad and unfriendly. The issue I'm describing was immediately resolved by the airline itself. Turns out, there was an easy solution. Good luck with improving your company.

Life saver As every student would, I booked two months early through my local airline. However, 4 weeks before my scheduled flight, something came up and I had to cancel my reservations. At that time, the prices were too high but student universe came through. I got prices half of what other agents and airlines were putting up. I was so happy, and the booking experience is so easy and so fast. I'd really recommend this to anyone

Best Flight fort the Best Price! I'd been looking for several days for a cheap flight from Berlin to LA without any overnight or inordinately long layovers. I'd never heard of this site, but somehow it popped up and--boom!--the perfect flight for the lowest price I'd seen anywhere. I booked immediately and got my confirmation the next day. Everything looks to be in order!

Looking forward for continuing a good experience I got the best price and timing for my flight from Venice to Boston and I soon recommended it to my sister for her same-day flight as mine from Venice to San Francisco. Cheap prices Cheap prices. Easy to use website. Fast confirmation of my student position. Only thing I would say is that if you buy connecting/jumping flights it may be cheaper than direct/connect flights and Student Universe doesn't point that out.
