At first was skeptical about the ridiculously cheap prices despite the proximity of travel date, was amazed when I called to confirm with a customer service and I got my booking ticket in less than 20mins. Later confirmed my booking on Lufthansa almost immediately. One of the best Booking system I've come across. The customer service was super amazing. I Strongly recommend!!!👍

Beware you will never get the seats you paid for 1)The whole basis for this company’s existence is to give its student client base better deals on travel. This is the first failing point. Prices are no better if not dearer than on other simpler to use sites / airlines direct. 2) the whole booking experience is very convoluted and awkward requiring photos of passports and credit cards and authorisations if you as a parent want to purchase a ticket for your children. 3) The cherry on the cake comes when you try to get an answer from them afte 3 months and on the eve of your flight chasing the print out of the seats you have paid for 3 months earlier, just to be told that they are sorry and that they will refund you the cost of your purchased seats!!! This only because I wrote to them chasing this issue up; had I not? …. I don’t know! Never will I avail myself of this company’s services again! Terrible!

Looking forward for continuing a good experience I got the best price and timing for my flight from Venice to Boston and I soon recommended it to my sister for her same-day flight as mine from Venice to San Francisco. Gap Year Trip to Australia My daughter and I booked her flight from London to Australia during her gap year (2023-2024). Unfortunately, the airline changed part of her trip back to the UK, which meant she would miss her connection. I called Student Universe, I was answered quickly by a gentleman called Nick. Nick was super helpful, courteous, patient and articulate. He came across as an expert in his field and was fast and efficient in accommodating my daughters wishes for her trip back home. I will definitely use Student Universe in the future, as this experience tells me they are ready to assist their customers when and wherever they need help. Definitely worth the 5 stars!
