Very happy camper! I have read many reviews, and I was very hesitant to buy from this company, I was booking a month in advance from Clt to Rome, I found a really good deal on Studentuniverse, a direct flight back from Rome with a price much cheaper than flights with multiple stops. I purchased the ticket, the next morning, I received my ticket, I checked with the airline, everything is legit. end of story! No scam, no bate and switch.

Student Universe is AWFUL with ticket changes Student Universe does not help with cancellations or trip changes. All they say is stuff about "the airlines polices" which is just not true. When I asked to speak to someone else, they do not provide another agent. They are awful if plans change and now I have lost so much money because they don't even try to get me a refund for my tickets.

Good Experience everything went well Everything went well, no problem with booking, good price> Not the 1st time I have used Studentuniverse and I can highly recommend them. If I may warn people while I am here, don't ever book through Edream, they charge a totally different price when you finalise your booking,. I was charged almost 3 times the fare I booked and could get no satisfaction after 3 complaint calls

Cheap prices Cheap prices. Easy to use website. Fast confirmation of my student position. Only thing I would say is that if you buy connecting/jumping flights it may be cheaper than direct/connect flights and Student Universe doesn't point that out.

Don't Expect them to book everything you pay for! Day before my flight back and I'm trying to confirm my seat and the airline is telling me they didn't receive the extra money I paid for my seat and now I'm subject to more fees!! I had travel protection and it still only got me a 7 day later refund. Book directly, it is definitely cheaper with a flight watch and the airlines guaranteed.
