At first was skeptical about the ridiculously cheap prices despite the proximity of travel date, was amazed when I called to confirm with a customer service and I got my booking ticket in less than 20mins. Good Experience everything went well Everything went well, no problem with booking, good price> Not the 1st time I have used Studentuniverse and I can highly recommend them. If I may warn people while I am here, don't ever book through Edream, they charge a totally different price when you finalise your booking,. I was charged almost 3 times the fare I booked and could get no satisfaction after 3 complaint calls

Life saver As every student would, I booked two months early through my local airline. However, 4 weeks before my scheduled flight, something came up and I had to cancel my reservations. At that time, the prices were too high but student universe came through. I got prices half of what other agents and airlines were putting up. I was so happy, and the booking experience is so easy and so fast. I'd really recommend this to anyone

Clear flights and fares information The flights and fares are clearly presented. It was easy to search and make a flight booking. Promo code could be applied successfully. The breakdown of fares, rebate and promo discount are clearly displayed before making payment. Response was prompt upon purchase. Overall very good experience.

Student Universe is AWFUL with ticket changes Student Universe does not help with cancellations or trip changes. All they say is stuff about "the airlines polices" which is just not true. When I asked to speak to someone else, they do not provide another agent. They are awful if plans change and now I have lost so much money because they don't even try to get me a refund for my tickets.
