Very bad customer service Very bad customer service. My advice is to book directly from the airline, at least you get decent customer service. Very disappointing for them to claim being a student focused company. Never again. Edit: sir/madam, please read the hundreds of other reviews: your customer service is very bad and unfriendly. The issue I'm describing was immediately resolved by the airline itself. Turns out, there was an easy solution. Good luck with improving your company.

Looking forward for continuing a good experience I got the best price and timing for my flight from Venice to Boston and I soon recommended it to my sister for her same-day flight as mine from Venice to San Francisco.
