At first was skeptical about the ridiculously cheap prices despite the proximity of travel date, was amazed when I called to confirm with a customer service and I got my booking ticket in less than 20mins. Unbelievably great I had booked a flight through them after being skeptical for weeks, and checked a few days later to see that the prices dropped substantially on a MUCH better flight. Called them up and within 15 minutes they had changed my itinerary to the cheaper flight and refunded me the difference. Quite literally 1/4 of the price of booking through the airline directly. Insane.

Cheap prices Cheap prices. Easy to use website. Fast confirmation of my student position. Only thing I would say is that if you buy connecting/jumping flights it may be cheaper than direct/connect flights and Student Universe doesn't point that out.
