Student Universe is AWFUL with ticket changes Student Universe does not help with cancellations or trip changes. All they say is stuff about "the airlines polices" which is just not true. When I asked to speak to someone else, they do not provide another agent. They are awful if plans change and now I have lost so much money because they don't even try to get me a refund for my tickets.

Life saver As every student would, I booked two months early through my local airline. However, 4 weeks before my scheduled flight, something came up and I had to cancel my reservations. At that time, the prices were too high but student universe came through. I got prices half of what other agents and airlines were putting up. I was so happy, and the booking experience is so easy and so fast. I'd really recommend this to anyone

Looking forward for continuing a good experience I got the best price and timing for my flight from Venice to Boston and I soon recommended it to my sister for her same-day flight as mine from Venice to San Francisco. Don't Expect them to book everything you pay for! Day before my flight back and I'm trying to confirm my seat and the airline is telling me they didn't receive the extra money I paid for my seat and now I'm subject to more fees!! I had travel protection and it still only got me a 7 day later refund. Book directly, it is definitely cheaper with a flight watch and the airlines guaranteed.
