Beware you will never get the seats you paid for 1)The whole basis for this company’s existence is to give its student client base better deals on travel. This is the first failing point. Prices are no better if not dearer than on other simpler to use sites / airlines direct. 2) the whole booking experience is very convoluted and awkward requiring photos of passports and credit cards and authorisations if you as a parent want to purchase a ticket for your children. 3) The cherry on the cake comes when you try to get an answer from them afte 3 months and on the eve of your flight chasing the print out of the seats you have paid for 3 months earlier, just to be told that they are sorry and that they will refund you the cost of your purchased seats!!! This only because I wrote to them chasing this issue up; had I not? …. I don’t know! Never will I avail myself of this company’s services again! Terrible!

Very bad customer service Very bad customer service. My advice is to book directly from the airline, at least you get decent customer service. Very disappointing for them to claim being a student focused company. Never again. Edit: sir/madam, please read the hundreds of other reviews: your customer service is very bad and unfriendly. The issue I'm describing was immediately resolved by the airline itself. Turns out, there was an easy solution. Good luck with improving your company.

Student Universe is AWFUL with ticket changes Student Universe does not help with cancellations or trip changes. All they say is stuff about "the airlines polices" which is just not true. When I asked to speak to someone else, they do not provide another agent. They are awful if plans change and now I have lost so much money because they don't even try to get me a refund for my tickets.

Best Flight fort the Best Price! I'd been looking for several days for a cheap flight from Berlin to LA without any overnight or inordinately long layovers. I'd never heard of this site, but somehow it popped up and--boom!--the perfect flight for the lowest price I'd seen anywhere. I booked immediately and got my confirmation the next day. Everything looks to be in order!

At first was skeptical about the ridiculously cheap prices despite the proximity of travel date, was amazed when I called to confirm with a customer service and I got my booking ticket in less than 20mins. Later confirmed my booking on Lufthansa almost immediately. One of the best Booking system I've come across. The customer service was super amazing. I Strongly recommend!!!👍
