Very disappointing for them to claim being a student focused company. Never again. Edit: sir/madam, please read the hundreds of other reviews: your customer service is very bad and unfriendly. The issue I'm describing was immediately resolved by the airline itself. Turns out, there was an easy solution. Good luck with improving your company.

Looking forward for continuing a good experience I got the best price and timing for my flight from Venice to Boston and I soon recommended it to my sister for her same-day flight as mine from Venice to San Francisco. One of the worst companies iv had to… One of the worst companies iv had to deal with. My partner is disabled and I requested assistance which they said they had spoken to the airline and had requested this. Apon arrival at the airport it was clear this hadn’t been done. We also paid extra for special meals which we never got because the airline knew nothing about it. Resulting in us not eating for 2-3 days. We still have a flight back to the uk in a weeks time which I am hoping might be better. I definitely will not be using student universe again.

Best Flight fort the Best Price! I'd been looking for several days for a cheap flight from Berlin to LA without any overnight or inordinately long layovers. I'd never heard of this site, but somehow it popped up and--boom!--the perfect flight for the lowest price I'd seen anywhere. I booked immediately and got my confirmation the next day. Everything looks to be in order!
