Best Flight fort the Best Price! I'd been looking for several days for a cheap flight from Berlin to LA without any overnight or inordinately long layovers. I'd never heard of this site, but somehow it popped up and--boom!--the perfect flight for the lowest price I'd seen anywhere. I booked immediately and got my confirmation the next day. Everything looks to be in order!

At first was skeptical about the ridiculously cheap prices despite the proximity of travel date, was amazed when I called to confirm with a customer service and I got my booking ticket in less than 20mins. Flight Change I called three times to try to change my flights after gathering some information with Luke, who provided amazing customer service and genuinely tried to help me. When I called back to the call center after talking to the the airline company, I asked for Luke, he wasn’t available, so I had to speak with someone else who wasn't very helpful in finding the cheapest fare to change my flights. However, on my third call, I spoke to Kyle, who was as good as Luke and actually put effort into helping me. He did a great job! Thank you, guys, for understanding and being empathetic to my situation, and for going above and beyond to assist your customers. That’s the level of treatment all customers should receive when reaching out to a customer service center.
