I have read many reviews, and I was very hesitant to buy from this company, I was booking a month in advance from Clt to Rome, I found a really good deal on Studentuniverse, a direct flight back from Rome with a price much cheaper than flights with multiple stops. I purchased the ticket, the next morning, I received my ticket, I checked with the airline, everything is legit. end of story! No scam, no bate and switch.

Life saver As every student would, I booked two months early through my local airline. However, 4 weeks before my scheduled flight, something came up and I had to cancel my reservations. At that time, the prices were too high but student universe came through. I got prices half of what other agents and airlines were putting up. Don't Expect them to book everything you pay for! Day before my flight back and I'm trying to confirm my seat and the airline is telling me they didn't receive the extra money I paid for my seat and now I'm subject to more fees!! I had travel protection and it still only got me a 7 day later refund. Book directly, it is definitely cheaper with a flight watch and the airlines guaranteed.
