If I may warn people while I am here, don't ever book through Edream, they charge a totally different price when you finalise your booking,. I was charged almost 3 times the fare I booked and could get no satisfaction after 3 complaint calls

GBEverything has been smooth so far Everything has been smooth so far. I recently purchased United Airlines tickets for a round trip from Los Angeles to Milan. After adding the itinerary to my United Account, I double-checked everything—it’s all in order. In my view, the folks who’ve had a tough time are probably the ones whose flights got canceled or needed rebooking. When you book through a third-party website (whether it’s for car rentals, hotels, or airlines), handling changes or cancellations can be more challenging. For a hassle-free experience, my recommendation is to book directly with the specific company you’re planning to use. However, if you’re looking to save some cash and don’t anticipate any changes or cancellations, going with a third-party website can score you significant discounts. Remember to compare prices; sometimes, third-party platforms offer better deals.

SGClear flights and fares information The flights and fares are clearly presented. It was easy to search and make a flight booking. Promo code could be applied successfully. The breakdown of fares, rebate and promo discount are clearly displayed before making payment. Response was prompt upon purchase. Overall very good experience.

HKBeware you will never get the seats you paid for 1)The whole basis for this company’s existence is to give its student client base better deals on travel. This is the first failing point. Prices are no better if not dearer than on other simpler to use sites / airlines direct. 2) the whole booking experience is very convoluted and awkward requiring photos of passports and credit cards and authorisations if you as a parent want to purchase a ticket for your children. 3) The cherry on the cake comes when you try to get an answer from them afte 3 months and on the eve of your flight chasing the print out of the seats you have paid for 3 months earlier, just to be told that they are sorry and that they will refund you the cost of your purchased seats!!! This only because I wrote to them chasing this issue up; had I not? …. I don’t know! Never will I avail myself of this company’s services again! Terrible!

GBOne of the worst companies iv had to… One of the worst companies iv had to deal with. My partner is disabled and I requested assistance which they said they had spoken to the airline and had requested this. Apon arrival at the airport it was clear this hadn’t been done. We also paid extra for special meals which we never got because the airline knew nothing about it. Resulting in us not eating for 2-3 days. We still have a flight back to the uk in a weeks time which I am hoping might be better. I definitely will not be using student universe again.
