At first was skeptical about the ridiculously cheap prices despite the proximity of travel date, was amazed when I called to confirm with a customer service and I got my booking ticket in less than 20mins. Later confirmed my booking on Lufthansa almost immediately. One of the best Booking system I've come across. The customer service was super amazing. I Strongly recommend!!!👍

Gap Year Trip to Australia My daughter and I booked her flight from London to Australia during her gap year (2023-2024). Unfortunately, the airline changed part of her trip back to the UK, which meant she would miss her connection. I called Student Universe, I was answered quickly by a gentleman called Nick. Nick was super helpful, courteous, patient and articulate. He came across as an expert in his field and was fast and efficient in accommodating my daughters wishes for her trip back home. I will definitely use Student Universe in the future, as this experience tells me they are ready to assist their customers when and wherever they need help. Definitely worth the 5 stars!

Very happy camper! I have read many reviews, and I was very hesitant to buy from this company, I was booking a month in advance from Clt to Rome, I found a really good deal on Studentuniverse, a direct flight back from Rome with a price much cheaper than flights with multiple stops. I purchased the ticket, the next morning, I received my ticket, I checked with the airline, everything is legit. end of story! No scam, no bate and switch.

One of the worst companies iv had to… One of the worst companies iv had to deal with. My partner is disabled and I requested assistance which they said they had spoken to the airline and had requested this. Apon arrival at the airport it was clear this hadn’t been done. We also paid extra for special meals which we never got because the airline knew nothing about it. Resulting in us not eating for 2-3 days. We still have a flight back to the uk in a weeks time which I am hoping might be better. I definitely will not be using student universe again.

Good Experience everything went well Everything went well, no problem with booking, good price> Not the 1st time I have used Studentuniverse and I can highly recommend them. If I may warn people while I am here, don't ever book through Edream, they charge a totally different price when you finalise your booking,. I was charged almost 3 times the fare I booked and could get no satisfaction after 3 complaint calls
