Cheap prices Cheap prices. Easy to use website. Fast confirmation of my student position. Only thing I would say is that if you buy connecting/jumping flights it may be cheaper than direct/connect flights and Student Universe doesn't point that out.

Gap Year Trip to Australia My daughter and I booked her flight from London to Australia during her gap year (2023-2024). Unfortunately, the airline changed part of her trip back to the UK, which meant she would miss her connection. I called Student Universe, I was answered quickly by a gentleman called Nick. Nick was super helpful, courteous, patient and articulate. He came across as an expert in his field and was fast and efficient in accommodating my daughters wishes for her trip back home. Life saver As every student would, I booked two months early through my local airline. However, 4 weeks before my scheduled flight, something came up and I had to cancel my reservations. At that time, the prices were too high but student universe came through. I got prices half of what other agents and airlines were putting up.
