QAMy flight was cancelled on 2019 and… My flight was cancelled on 2019 and since then I haven’t received my money. Hundreds of emails have been sent without any reply. I started a case with my bank and customer defence bureau and still waiting . Never deal with this cheating company.

IEDo not book with these fraudsters!! I’ve had the worst experience possible with Aerobilet. Our flight was changed but Aerobilet did not update the ticket number and because of this, when we arrived at the airport we were unable to check in. We tried tirelessly to get in touch with aerobilet prior to our departure, but no response. We ended up having to buy new tickets. I would advise anyone to avoid them at all costs.

VNHORRIBLE COMPANY They just don't return our calls or emails until our tickets become NO-SHOW tickets. There is no way to contact them after booking the tickets. This online company is so unprofessional; so inhumane. We needed to cancel and change 2 of our tickets because our passports were stolen. We desperately called them and emailed them for 1 week....No answers; No replies.... They just don't care about customers' problems after..... Ban this company people.....

AEWorst Painful Experience My advice for you if you understand Simple English. Never use Aerobilet App or their Services in general. I had a painful experience! If I have enough time to go through it! Will update this review. My default feedback for any Service regardless of any issue, I usually give the best feedback. This one is exception to the rule in a disappointing negative way. I thank God that I can write this review for those who think about using their services to be aware! There are much better providers in the market. Better consider using another platform.

RUWORST EXPERIENCE EVER Worst experience ever! Calling and emailing Aerobilet offices worldwide as well as support, no any response during two weeks! My flight is tomorrow and I can’t go, so I am simply going to lose USD 600 due to extraordinary poor service of Aerobilet! This is ridiculous! I contacted even their Facebook, but absolute silence. No refund! No change! No any email! And tomorrow instead of working in business hours I am going to call Aerobilet offices worldwide again with hope that on the day of my flight I will reach them afterwards...PNR: ZERCSW
