There is a mismatch schedule my first flight arriving lately one hour later than my connecting flight? How come such a big mistake is possible? My PNR number is LIXOUD kindly help.

We booked for a flight for this coming 20th August, from Jeddah to Mumbai for one person, rapidly amount was deducted from our Master Card with no ticket issued. This site should not exist as numerous have been victimized. No one answers the phone, for so many times we have dialed their 24/7 call center also emailed the transaction details multiple times from my Gmail (denesh1890), no one cares to answer.
