AENo response from customer support Booked a flight only to realized after payment there’s no luggage allowance. How can I travel like this? Been trying to reach their self acclaimed 24/7 online support but no response till now. Frustration brought me here to review them...

AEREFUND REFUND we had made a booking for travel and realized that the dates were incorrect and we contacted aerobilet using all possible means...have to say that it took a few calls to get thru to a agent to request for a refund...the agent Erdem Akkaya was quick to resolve our issue and arranged for the refund with minimum questions ..we only paid for a nominal cancellation fee which was informed to us for accepting by Erdem Thank you Erdem and Aerobilet

AEWorst Painful Experience My advice for you if you understand Simple English. Never use Aerobilet App or their Services in general. I had a painful experience! If I have enough time to go through it! Will update this review. My default feedback for any Service regardless of any issue, I usually give the best feedback. This one is exception to the rule in a disappointing negative way. I thank God that I can write this review for those who think about using their services to be aware! There are much better providers in the market. Better consider using another platform.

PKChange of Ticket Last week I was sucessful in changing my ticket but after hundreds of emails, messages and experiencing the fear of losing my money. Now I again I am in a stressful situation and fear the loss of $600. I want to change the date of my flight which is scheduled tomorrow night to 2 Sep 2019 but no one is replying. Their customer service is nil and I have mailed them hundred time but no response. My pnr is HBJCSY, Aerobilet please contact me so that my hard earned money doesnt gets wasted. Please send me the available flights on 2 sep 2019 from Khi to Paris.

KWI’m trying to reach anyone in Aerobilet… I’m trying to reach anyone in Aerobilet since Tuesday 30/7/2019, 5 emails have been sent, 10 international call and no one pickup, 5 messages through website with no feedback, thousands of Msgs on Facebook and whats and still no feedback. What shall I do else!?!?!? Shall I book another ticket rather than waiting for someone to say HI I did not face such an issue during my life. 6 days with no feedback even by one message. My ticket is date after 3 days and Im trying to reach anyone since 6 days ago!!!! May be you will reply next year...
