Worst service ever Worst service ever. Haven't received my Jet Airways refund 40 thousand Indian Rupee yet. Its more than 7 months. Taking legal action soon i have booked my flight in February 2019 for 6th June 2019. Canceled my ticket on 3rd April due to closing of Jet Airways.. But still haven't received my refund of 40000Rs.. Whenever I mail Aerobilet they have their standard reply that they haven't got any message from Jet airways. When they will vet message. They will let us know. But my question is when I have done bookings from aerobilet its their responsibility to give the refund.

Extremely Horrible! Extremely horrible experience we had also with this site. We booked for a flight for this coming 20th August, from Heathrow to Kuwait for two people, rapidly amount was deducted from our Credit Card with no ticket issued. This site should not exist as numerous have been victimized. No one answers the phone, for so many times we have dialed their 24/7 call center, no one cares to answer. We need our money back!!!

NEED HELP ASAP I have booked a ticket from Dubai to Ottawa VIA London Heathrow, my flight is on the 29th I haven't received my ticket yet all I have received is the booking confirmation. I am extremely worried I am a student and I don't have enough money to purchase another ticket. Its my first year in University and I can't be risking like this please do the needful in 24 hours. Worst Painful Experience My advice for you if you understand Simple English. Never use Aerobilet App or their Services in general. I had a painful experience! If I have enough time to go through it! Will update this review. My default feedback for any Service regardless of any issue, I usually give the best feedback. This one is exception to the rule in a disappointing negative way. I thank God that I can write this review for those who think about using their services to be aware! There are much better providers in the market. Better consider using another platform.
