SAWorst service ever Worst service ever. Haven't received my Jet Airways refund 40 thousand Indian Rupee yet. Its more than 7 months. Taking legal action soon i have booked my flight in February 2019 for 6th June 2019. Canceled my ticket on 3rd April due to closing of Jet Airways.. But still haven't received my refund of 40000Rs.. Whenever I mail Aerobilet they have their standard reply that they haven't got any message from Jet airways. When they will vet message. They will let us know. But my question is when I have done bookings from aerobilet its their responsibility to give the refund.

KWI’m trying to reach anyone in Aerobilet… I’m trying to reach anyone in Aerobilet since Tuesday 30/7/2019, 5 emails have been sent, 10 international call and no one pickup, 5 messages through website with no feedback, thousands of Msgs on Facebook and whats and still no feedback. What shall I do else!?!?!? Shall I book another ticket rather than waiting for someone to say HI I did not face such an issue during my life. 6 days with no feedback even by one message. My ticket is date after 3 days and Im trying to reach anyone since 6 days ago!!!! May be you will reply next year...

AENEED HELP ASAP I have booked a ticket from Dubai to Ottawa VIA London Heathrow, my flight is on the 29th I haven't received my ticket yet all I have received is the booking confirmation. I am extremely worried I am a student and I don't have enough money to purchase another ticket. Its my first year in University and I can't be risking like this please do the needful in 24 hours. RUWORST EXPERIENCE EVER Worst experience ever! Calling and emailing Aerobilet offices worldwide as well as support, no any response during two weeks! My flight is tomorrow and I can’t go, so I am simply going to lose USD 600 due to extraordinary poor service of Aerobilet! This is ridiculous! I contacted even their Facebook, but absolute silence. No refund! No change! No any email! And tomorrow instead of working in business hours I am going to call Aerobilet offices worldwide again with hope that on the day of my flight I will reach them afterwards...PNR: ZERCSW
