Worst service ever Worst service ever. Haven't received my Jet Airways refund 40 thousand Indian Rupee yet. Its more than 7 months. Taking legal action soon i have booked my flight in February 2019 for 6th June 2019. Canceled my ticket on 3rd April due to closing of Jet Airways.. But still haven't received my refund of 40000Rs.. Whenever I mail Aerobilet they have their standard reply that they haven't got any message from Jet airways. When they will vet message. They will let us know. But my question is when I have done bookings from aerobilet its their responsibility to give the refund.

Irresponsible. Practically no after-service. My name is Pradeep and I have to reschedule my ticket immediately. I have tried to contact via calls, email, online forms and none of them were responsive. My calls were on hold forever. This is cheating. I'm looking into options as how to escalate this legally. I had purchased the ticket with… I had purchased the ticket with AeroBilet and my return connecting flight timing is changed and I have not been notified. There is a mismatch schedule my first flight arriving lately one hour later than my connecting flight? How come such a big mistake is possible? My PNR number is LIXOUD kindly help.

HORRIBLE COMPANY They just don't return our calls or emails until our tickets become NO-SHOW tickets. There is no way to contact them after booking the tickets. This online company is so unprofessional; so inhumane. We needed to cancel and change 2 of our tickets because our passports were stolen. We desperately called them and emailed them for 1 week....No answers; No replies.... They just don't care about customers' problems after..... Ban this company people.....
