Do not book with these fraudsters!! I’ve had the worst experience possible with Aerobilet. Our flight was changed but Aerobilet did not update the ticket number and because of this, when we arrived at the airport we were unable to check in. We tried tirelessly to get in touch with aerobilet prior to our departure, but no response. We ended up having to buy new tickets. I would advise anyone to avoid them at all costs.

NEED HELP ASAP I have booked a ticket from Dubai to Ottawa VIA London Heathrow, my flight is on the 29th I haven't received my ticket yet all I have received is the booking confirmation. HORRIBLE COMPANY They just don't return our calls or emails until our tickets become NO-SHOW tickets. There is no way to contact them after booking the tickets. This online company is so unprofessional; so inhumane. We needed to cancel and change 2 of our tickets because our passports were stolen. We desperately called them and emailed them for 1 week....No answers; No replies.... They just don't care about customers' problems after..... Ban this company people.....

Change of Ticket Last week I was sucessful in changing my ticket but after hundreds of emails, messages and experiencing the fear of losing my money. Now I again I am in a stressful situation and fear the loss of $600. I want to change the date of my flight which is scheduled tomorrow night to 2 Sep 2019 but no one is replying. I have booked a ticket 3hrs ago I have booked a ticket 3hrs ago. I am sure that i typed my sister's surname correctly and when you sent the ticket, surname is wrong. I emailed you immediately and told you to change it and your customer service said you cannot guarantee if the airline accept my booking. Then ive read a review exactly the same as what ive encountered. Please refund my booking, this is an hard earned money and dont fool people.
