No response from customer support Booked a flight only to realized after payment there’s no luggage allowance. How can I travel like this? Been trying to reach their self acclaimed 24/7 online support but no response till now. Frustration brought me here to review them...

NEED HELP ASAP I have booked a ticket from Dubai to Ottawa VIA London Heathrow, my flight is on the 29th I haven't received my ticket yet all I have received is the booking confirmation. I am extremely worried I am a student and I don't have enough money to purchase another ticket. Its my first year in University and I can't be risking like this please do the needful in 24 hours. Extremely horrible experience we had… Extremely horrible experience we had also with this site. We booked for a flight for this coming 20th August, from Jeddah to Mumbai for one person, rapidly amount was deducted from our Master Card with no ticket issued. This site should not exist as numerous have been victimized. No one answers the phone, for so many times we have dialed their 24/7 call center also emailed the transaction details multiple times from my Gmail (denesh1890), no one cares to answer. We need our money back!!!
